Cat killers

In my area group of teenagers have got lurchers (Those skinny race dogs) and I heard, through the grapevine, that they're training them to kill cats and small dogs. It just seems sick. I knew they were bad kids, but I never knew that they'd do anything like this. Their dog/dogs come into my garden often, maybe I should do people a favor and have it taken away by the RSPCA.

Does anyone why they'd do such a thing?

As a side note, why are children so bad today?

You guessed right, but the last time I used that word I was put suspended, so I stay away from it now. However, they don't do such things because they are chavs, they are chavs because they do such things.

1) because they are fucking retards with parents who don't care about them
2)They aren't necessarily all that worse today, it's just media can move a lot faster, not like we hear about 1 f'ed up kid in our town, we hear about 1 f'ed up kid in every town, via internet. And if they are worse it's a combination of edgier media and parent's not teaching their kids what's right and wrong. I think it is more parents not raising their kids properly but it is possible that some kids see TV as glorifying violence and they want to do that. But again, if a parent taught them not to do violent stuff that is seen on TV, violence from media would be little to none.
