I'm sorry, I actually don't have the guts to report them. I have a history with the ring leader and I don't want to make myself a target.
Well, you should atleast try and report them and remain anonymous. Because it seems only a matter of time until they actually start hurting people.

Buy a gun, and if the dog comes into your property, gun it down. You legally allowed to do that. If the kids rasie a fuss ,well you have a gun.
Thats the most extreme course of action of course. I would go with the RSPCA myself.

Sorry, I hate cats.
So do I, and any dog will try and kill a cat if it can catch it. But going for other dogs is not on.

You get people like this who are sick wherever you are. I remember a story around where I lived a few years ago that a group of children (around 16 if I remember right) went around on bonfire night and found a cat. When they'd found one, they taped a firework to it's tail and lit it so it pretty much exploded.

I find all kinds of animal cruelty to be disgusting purely because the animals who are abused generally can't do anything to protect themselves whereas a human probably could.

Back to the point though, I think you should inform the RSPCA about this, and I'm pretty sure that you can ask to remain anonymous so they won't tell anybody who it was that informed them

1) because they are fucking retards with parents who don't care about them
2)They aren't necessarily all that worse today, it's just media can move a lot faster, not like we hear about 1 f'ed up kid in our town, we hear about 1 f'ed up kid in every town, via internet. And if they are worse it's a combination of edgier media and parent's not teaching their kids what's right and wrong. I think it is more parents not raising their kids properly but it is possible that some kids see TV as glorifying violence and they want to do that. But again, if a parent taught them not to do violent stuff that is seen on TV, violence from media would be little to none.

You know that is the reasons it seems school shootings are a products of this generation? Even when the first school shootings took place long before. They where just not publicized as well.

As far as on topic thoughts go:

The kids are screwing over the dogs as well. Aggressive dogs do not get adopted out. They get euthanize, especially in cases where they have harmed someone - which seems to be where training dogs to be aggressive will get them.

I don't exactly live in the best neighborhood, but still most people get along well enough. There are the few odd ball hold outs and recluses. The guy living on the corner is a little abusive to his kid. Not the beating him when drunk kind, but little more then I would be, his kid however seems to be a sociopath. Seriously I used to find dead crows around their yard, he was shooting them with BB's. Finally I saw him shooting cats and the neighbors dogs. I told his parents. The little bastard reciprocated by shooting me. I nailed the little asshat with a rock from the ally, and waited until his parents got home. His father finally took that BB gun away.

In my area group of teenagers have got lurchers (Those skinny race dogs) and I heard, through the grapevine, that they're training them to kill cats and small dogs. It just seems sick. I knew they were bad kids, but I never knew that they'd do anything like this. Their dog/dogs come into my garden often, maybe I should do people a favor and have it taken away by the RSPCA.
Call the RSPCA anonymously... seriously. If you don't, I'll be very disappointed in you.

This reminds me of the film Eden lake. that was a sick fucking film. it is about this couple who go on a holiday to this place the husband lived. But then a group of about five children start terrorizing the couple. SPOILERS!!!!!!! They kill the husband and a little ten year old kid (they set them on on fire while they're still alive). And then the woman kills a couple of them and gets to the nearby village only to have the parents of the kids kill her! END SPOILERS!!!!!!!! That was a sick fucking film. You should report those motherfucking kids. Do it anomalously if you have to, but you should report them.

Someone kills my cat they will be hunted down and killed.

They do it because they think they are awesome but they are not.

Children are so badd because imo parents don't think their children will be bad children and let them get away with anything.

And yes phone the RSPCA please.

Infact I'm sure I seen somewhere dogs chase cats because they want to play with them but when the cats try fight them off thats when they attack it.

Does anyone why they'd do such a thing?
Killing and or torturing small animals is actually one of the early warning signs of a sociopath. Chances are then, that at least one of these kids is a legitimate sociopath. The actions of the rest could be explained by the results of Stanley Milgram's experiments, that being that people tend to follow the group, and to follow instructions.

If they're out and about in the neighborhood, there is no reason why they should think it was you, it could have been anyone who reported them. Or like other people have said, just do it anonymously.

Hell, if you're that worried about it, give me the details and I'll report them.

The kids need a lesson, but in all seriousness, I think people are asking for trouble if they keep their pets on the loose. I have no sympathy for people who are enraged by the death of their cat or dog when they know bloody well what kinds of dangers they're exposing their pet to by not looking after them.
