I despise Chuck Norris from the bottom of my heart. Those jokes are not even funny, they were funny for about 5 minutes.

Nynaeve from Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series. The entire time she comes of as a self righteous ***** where the only reason she hasn't been slapped yet is because she a woman. Not to be sexist, but any person as abrasive as this character would have gotten the shit kicked out of them eventually, even if it was by another woman. And this series is supposed to take place in pseudo-medieval times. Why nobody even stands up to her abusive demeanor I don't really understand. Sure, she gets it a little bit in her training, but all this does is let her access the ability to ALTER REALITY (eg: magic). She stays a stuck up ***** pretty much the entire series.

Actually, the Wheel of Time had kind of a strong feminist undercurrent that got really preachy after a while. I disliked most of the female characters in the series as a result. The men were treated largely like either plague dogs or idiot man-children. The women were mostly pretentious and stuck-up, assured of their superiority in a way that makes my teeth grind. Few were genuinely likable.

I don't understand the logical reasoning of half the female characters in the Wheel of Time series and I'm reading for a second time !
Especially Nynaeve though ... self-righteous cow .

Is it because he's a whiny little ***** that sounds like a 13 year old boy in Mass Effect? Or because he was a whiny little ***** that sounds like a 13 year old boy in KOTOR as well? Ialmost stopped playing Mass Effect when I realized it was the same voice actor that played Carth in KOTOR, I couldn't leave Kaiden to blow up fast enough on Virmire.

I actually liked Carth. He had a nice character, and I didn't mind his voice.

real post: pretty much every leading character from naruto other than iruka and gaara.

He is whiny, useless in battle, not a good character, and would not shut up. I choose to blow him up on Virmire every time and that scene never stops being satisfying. My friends and I have been known to start a new game, complete Virmire, and stop playing that save to do it again.

I kill him EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. At least Ashley had dimensions as a character, even if she was an overt racist. Kaiden was just... there. And wasn't useful as a squad character, either. Nope. Easy choice, every time.

That racism was a great character flaw with a good back story too! Kaidan just takes up space and wastes precious oxygen which I hear is rare in space!

I really hate Welkin from Valkyria Chronicles. He's easily the least interesting or believable of the main cast, and the main cast themselves are far less interesting than the bit characters you recruit. Wendy should've been the protagonist. Or Marina. Or Jane. Or Edy. Or Homer. Or Jann (because he's Bender, dammit).

This does not please me D: (Maybe because I found myself comparing me and Welkin as we have quite similar personalities) And honestly, you liked Wendy? That's... wierd. Oh, and Edy got a DLC, along with Homer, and some others if I remember correctly

Nearly everyone in Eternal Sonata, with the exception of Chopin, for obvious reasons. Everyone in Twilight goes without saying. Already been said but Nynaeve from the Wheel of Time series. Also, the love interest in Avatar. I can't even remember her name, and I apologize. She was bland. Nothing about her character hadn't already been done before and better. Not that that makes her a bad character, it just makes her a let down from an overly hyped movie.

You hated just one character from Eternal Sonata? How is that even possible? With the exception of Chopin and the antagonists not one of the characters had a personality. They had next to no development and were mildly annoying at best when talking about ideals and unbearable at worst, mainly when talking about how humanity is the devil bent on destroying the world.

If eveyone else besides Tigh and Doc Cottle anoyed you, Number Two will start to in the later seasons. Probably. I loved her character and she still managed to slightly get on my nerves.
