Tools. Buy Cheap, Buy Twice. Especially for hand tools. Proper tools last a lifetime it is hard to get good tools now though. Don't buy cheap drill bits, chisels, saws or planes. The exception is, Ozito Hammer Drills, I know a lot of tradies who buy one of these each year and flog the crap out of it and then toss it.
