You could make the case that Sega's unapologetically making a product that only half the population could even use, but I never thought it to be sexist. It was a poorly conceived joke on sexism and the way it's used as a scapegoat. I now realise that was hard to understand through text.

This is exactly my worry. Making peeing fun is a nice concept, but this execution of "friendly" competition could get very ugly, very fast. ...and making people excited about having to go to the toilet can only result in over-drinking.
