You got it. My Capthca was "MORE CHOCOLATE!" when I made up that riddle. Then and now I officially crave chocolate, but I've still only got salty snacks around.

This is an old one if I remember it correctly (I've taken a few liberties where I don't):

I'm a symbol for peace, but hold the tools for war
Those I protect, shall receive no score.
When I am empty, pain shall be felt,
When I am full, there's weight on your belt.
