I really want to avoid an argument about the comparing furries to bronies, since it would be a huge waste of time, so I'll just say this: all fan bases have their weird bits where people make art and fanfics of things that really shouldn't be, that is just the nature of the internet and people's imaginations.

I've seen the fights between bronies and haters and to be perfectly honest, those are my favorite threads (along with PC Vs Console) they get nasty fast! Hard not to enjoy! But honestly, I wouldn't bother arguing with morons who think all MLP fans are furries.

Not trying to start an argument, but I have noticed bronies on this site (and others) have a hair trigger reaction to negative comments on MLP:FiM, why not just ignore the trolls? For people who try to love and tolerate people you sure do get into a lot of fights.

I'm not really one of those "MLP:FiM changed my life! I am going to love and tolerate the shit out of everyone now!" bronies, I just enjoy the show a lot. I do ignore a great deal of trolling (especially in regards to MLP) but since the Escapist has many anti-trolling measures in place, I guess my trolling defences are not as high when I'm on these boards?

When I read your post that could be seen as a "bronies = furries" insult, I didn't immediately bust out the "oh great, another one of these assholes..." mentality, because it didn't sound like you were trying to pick a fight.

Anyway, I imagine I'm going to be playing quite a bit of this game. I finished QWOP and GIRP, so I'm damn well gonna finish this. I just wish I could pick up the speed a bit without the unicorn flipping over.

I also have Luna as Nocturne and Nightmare Moon as the moon based champion Diana that is coming out soon.

Same. I finally managed to pick up the pace and was speeding along merrily when I landed on my head and broke my neck (just after the half-way mark.)

I'll come back to it, though, I'm sure.

Actually, this is significantly easier than QWOP, since each button attaches to a different leg, rather than muscle.

Easier than QWOP, by a landslide. I've gotten 1/3 of the way through on my 3rd try, while in QWOP it was miracle to make it past the first few meters after a dozen tries...

Agreed. I don't find myself nearly as frustrated as I did with QWOP.

Holy crap! I actually managed to get CLOP to front flip... and I noticed there's some kind of star up in the sky at the beginning. What's up with that?

Attempting to double the rate of the front legs versus the rear legs seems to work pretty well, and for some areas, alternating between the front legs and one back leg seems to keep good stability.

K+L > H > J+K > H > repeat

Slower more deliberate steps also works better (slow is steady, and steady wins the race)

And sometimes:

K+L > H > repeat
