Yes, what she thinks is racist, but honestly, if the only consequence of her thoughts is that she won't date white men, then let her think it. It's not like she's committing hate crimes or something. People, all people, hold at least one or two things true which even they themselves may realize are not. So long as it's not hurting anyone else in any significant way, let them think it.

There is no genetic basis for race. I understand that you mean that either one or both of his parents were "black," but obviously, his parents also held the genes necessary for him to have the skin color he does. So, really, because he has "white" skin, you could just as easily call him white as you can black.

My parents work all across Africa for 15 years of their life. The said that in southern Africa,"black Africa", it's very common for a man to have mistresses. And women more or less tolerate it.

The importance of monogamy is a social thing, mostly. And the level of faithfulness of someone is a personal thing. So basing it on colour if just like racism.... actually it is racism, she discriminates ignorantly against white guys for being white.

There is actually a skin condition where a person is born black, but over time his skin loses its melanin and he appears white. I don't know if thats genetic or not, but it could be that a person with two black parents and not a white gene between them, could eventually produce a white child. There were rumours that Michael Jackson had this condition. (Maybe he did, I didn't read into it)

So I ask you all:
Do you have any surveys or statistics or studies or similar that show how often relationships with coloured men end due to infidelity?

No but such a thing wouldn't be necessary if this claim was true. All you have to do is ask her to explain how melanin governs the adherence to modern western cultural ideals.

Also interesting would be hearing her explaination why polygamy is accepted and common in Islam (It's based in regions with larger numbers of people adapted to hot climates) and many cultures across Africa - Not to mention the tradition of concubines in China.

Culturally it's not just admitted that cheating occours in some of these regions, it's institutionalized and upheld as something glorious.

But any good skeptic will let evidence speak for itself - I look forward to seeing the lady making the extraordinary claim put forward evidence.
