Couldn't they have established Israel in like, a remote area of Russia or something?
They kind of did. It's a completely underdeveloped dump in the back end of nowhere, and unsurprisingly the Jews persuaded to go there mostly left it as soon as they could after WW2.

The Soviets created it partly because they wanted to populate the area to prevent potential encroachment from China, and I am willing to bet you also because the Soviets, like pretty much everyone else of the era, were bunch of raging antisemites too and wanted to cleanse Jews out from the western Soviet Union where they bothered the Ukrainians, Russians etc. with their very existence.

* * *

However, I do consider it typical of the arrogance, greed and stupidity of the West that upon deciding the Jews needed their own homeland, they handed over someone else's territory to create it. It's not as if places like Australia, Canada and the USA were short of pleasant but little inhabited places for people to thrive, but like fuck were any of our countries going to give up a square inch of their precious land.

In that sense, it's all the fault of our own countries, and none of them give much of a shit about fixing it.

As much as I like the idea that Stalin’s (and most Soviet leadership) suspicion of Jewish Doctors was rooted more in a (very reasonable at the time) suspicion of doctors rather than Jews, you’re probably right.

I'm not going to pretend that I understand this conflict...like...at all.
A considerable part of it is the concept of "holy land", that "God wants us to live here, so we can do whatever we (think we) need to in order to keep it", to which I say, if your God cares more about dirt than people, then your God can go to Hell.

Let's take it a step further. Forcibly relocating people into shitty land and housing. Denying them civil rights. Terroristic violence as an enforcement mechanism. Sounds an awful lot like Nazi Germany's relationship with the Jewish community, don't it?

Netanyahu is scum. The same crimes perpetrated against his ancestors, he is now repeating.
The missed the part is they ALREADY had been relocated to shitty part of Israel. And now been forcible relocated again
Imagine if Hamas started using Israel's excuses. "Yes, we bombed civilians, but only because the cowardly Israeli military keeps hiding behind them!"
Not defending Israel here... Hamas probably already does this to justify its attacks. Hamas is not great

So this is straight up just an invasion/racial cleanse, yes? Israel, with the backing of rapture-horny American evangelicals in American Government, want to return the ANCIENT LANDS to the Jews so they can start the rapture and God can end the world, and somehow Israel expects the world to be on their side?
Like even if the whole God and rapture thing is true, I'd rather they didn't.

I'm sure Netanyahu's done the polling and decided this will bolster his chances at the next election.

Aside from that, it's just more senseless death.

Organized religion strikes again (literally). I wonder what the gods think of all this ridiculousness.
I mean unless all of human history and religion got every aspect and personality of their Gods wrong, most Gods are perfectly okay with it. The idea of peace, talking things out, not committing racial/religious genocide and conquering new lands and killing the men and enslaving the woman, it a really REALLY modern concept in human history. Most people live in places were their histories are about war, bloodshed and genocide and most people are victims of it, and most people given a chance want their pound of flesh.
And the idea of Gods was just a way to organize one group against another, so even if the Gods aren't real, they were created to support shit like this.

It's not anywhere close to a new idea, it just hasn't ever been dominant. Including now, apparently.

Twitter taking sides against Palestine, unsurprisingly:

There are a disproportionate number of former Israeli military intelligence officers employed by American social media companies, but I'm not aware of how many are employed by Twitter specifically (if any). Which is not to say that these companies couldn't be acting similarly without such influence.

Here we see and hear Israeli esprit de corps:

I thought Supernatural’s take was ultimately kinda different, in that God is more or less a manchild who created everything for his own amusement. Where Sam and Dean’s resilience and otherworldly (yes they had tons of help by other, less higher powers) sense of defying the odds was basically the only thing that held his interest, up until they were just fed up with playing his game by his rules.

Straight from the UN:

Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide
Article II
In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
  1. Killing members of the group;
  2. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
  3. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
  4. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
  5. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
So yeah, both China and Israel tick at least the first four in their genocide against the Uigurs and Palestinians.
Yes yes , being as anti Israel as humanly possible is edgy and cool among (ultra) lefties, we get it. Now can we stop with this absurd claims?

Underlined the important part.
If Israel wants to destroy the Palestinian population why is it:
A) Allowing Palestinians to be Israeli Citizens?
B) Allowing countries like Qatar to fund Gaza so it doesn't collapse into Famine?
C) Warns the population before they bomb targets?
(But anyway I am not sure how you even managed to tick 4 box in the case of Israel, 1&2 sure, the others however ?!)

If Israel is committing a genocide they are showing themselves to be truly incapable idiots. And based on how efficient Israel tends to be on many aspects I therefor doubt their goal is to commit a genocide.
You can accuse them of illegal annexations, likely war crimes and generally speaking giving Palestinians nothing to look forward to with regards to real independence. But there is really nothing at the moment which points towards a genocide. That's just far left fantasy.
