Also, I don't get the appeal of femboys. I certainly will not be going to femboy hooters anytime soon.
Tomboy hooters Outback Steakhouse would be fun, provided you get to play sports with the waitresses while your food is getting prepared.

LOL, well since you're going on the topic of physical body, obviously it's more of an age thing but I've always looked way younger than what I am, and I remember that when I was 18 I still looked like I was a between 12 and 14 years old and I felt super awkward and gross, because I kinda got it that people were hitting on me specifically because I still looked like a kid, so even going out with people my age felt kinda gross, so gross that I actually refused to have sex since it felt so inappropriate but in hindsight isn't that really weird though? We were both consenting adults so there shouldn't have been any issue.

That said there were a lot of other factors why I wasn't comfortable having sex at the time, but it does make me wonder a bit if we perhaps do go too far sometimes, like there's people who just look really young like I'm 29 and people think I'm like 19 or 20 still and I didn't stop looking underaged until I was like 27, so what?
Was I supposed to keep avoiding it because of how I looked? I don't think so, I mean it turns out it wasn't a huge deal because I'm asexual but I would've never arrived to that conclusion if I hadn't started having sex again.

So yeah while I agree it can be pretty creepy and awkward, when it comes to appearance I think we should consider the rights of the person that looks young and not just those of the theoretical paedophile that is engaging with them, or do you guys propose that I should've waited until 2 years ago when I was 27 to start seeking sexual relationships?

Edit: I just corrected a shit-ton of grammar mistakes and I'm sure there are even more, it's not like my grammar's good, it suck in general but I haven't slept in a few days so I guess it's time to call it in and get some sleep, because I typed the same things over and and over and over...

I like men this isn’t complicated.
That makes sense.
As long as those men are adults who are capable of informed consent, I have no objection to that.
Might sound weird coming from me with my profile pic.

Can't go to any of these themed restaurants right now, due to the whole COVID-19 situation

Well, yeah. Some folks just look younger (or older) than their number of revolutions around the sun. My dad looked 50 into his late 60s. I was mistaken for a 21-year-old while depressively purchasing alcohol for my 30th.

Kind of why I'd just stick to age and leave it at that. None of my business what consenting adults do with their bits, even if one or both of them look like junior high students. The important part is the like...actual legal age.

I will, however, be a bitchy, judgmental sort about it if it's creepy.

Dammit, ok, now we have an interesting question, what makes someone a child, is it more mental or physical? If physical, what if there was a 24 year old that was built like a 14 year old, what about woman with flat chests, what about woman who are short? What is the more important aspect of someone that makes them a child or an adult?
If you have difficulty discerning between a short flat-chested woman and a child, then you (possibly) have spent too much time in hentai sites and (definitely) have problems.

Well, at least we know where, uh, everyone stands on this particular issue. I am disappointed, but I don't think I'm really surprised.

But Neuro, what if they’re only a flat-chested woman because they wield a magical artifact that prevents them from “physically” aging past thirteen?

Far as fiction goes, I figure it's "looks like a child, acts like a child, is a child". I don't really care how old your adventurer or dragon or elf or whoever is if it's toddling. Similarly, I'd pay embarrassing amounts of money for decent production value ecchi games that don't involve characters who're high-school aged. For all the "age doesn't matter" arguments I see justify anime-style lewdness, the age range in this media is heavily skewed towards "not legally an adult". If age didn't actually matter, that'd be pretty weird from a statistical standpoint if nothing else.

Far as the real stuff goes: burn it all. If pedophilia can be treated with therapy, then giving them access to child porn is like handing out shots to alcoholics. Shots that hurt children to brew.

If you're of mature age and capable of making your own decisions, and for a vast majority of humanity that means 18-20+, then do what you want, long as it's safe, sane, and consensual. Ain't none of my business. If you're on the younger side and somebody older than you says, "wow, you're really mature for your age" as a precursor to dating or sex, know that they're probably trying to play you.

Well, then it depends on whether you get off from the fact that she looks 13, doesn't it.

Given this is all an attempt by me to make a very specific Fate joke I guess this is where I have to say I in fact do firmly believe that Nasu is some kind of pedophile for deciding his perfect waifu stopped aging as a minor when he could’ve picked any age he wanted.

Officer I did not touch the child sex vampire or her clam-like back. I did not place my p0n0s in Saber’s vag00. I would never do such a thing nor contemplate that. This is all simply an exercise in making a joke that is only funny to me specifically.

I just think the line that is drawn between "child" and "adult" is kind of arbitrary. The smallest unit of time can separate "legal" and "illegal". That's all.
It is not entirely arbitrary. We officially call people "adults" at a reasonable point (normally 18 in most countries) when in practice people transitioning between childhood and adulthood are often handed various rights and responsibilities over a period of years, usually around 16-21. Secondly, the law, at least in my country and possibly others, would normally state a criminal standard that the accused must either know, or should reasonably suspect, that the person involved in sex or pornography is underage.

Mostly, however, when we think of paedophiles as a problem, we're not talking about people who occasionally are attracted to someone slightly underage, because that's going to be most of the world population. The first problem are adults actively pursuing teens considerably young than them (e.g. Roy Moore, R. Kelly) which indicates extremely unhealthy attitudes: to sex and relationships, often issues with abusive and controlling behaviour, etc. The second and arguably more serious, we're talking about people who are sexually attracted to pre-pubescents, where there can no arguments about whether the child looks legal.

IIRC, pornography laws in Australia say (jn part) that it's illegal to have images of someone under 18 or that looks like they are. Without really explaining what "looks like they are" means, so various magazines read that as a requirement for large breasts.

"Looks like they are" will be one of those things that, whilst vague in statute, will exist in practice due to a substantial amount of legal precedent.

I notice you still don't answer the question so I'm guessing you don't know. The point, is that no one generally has laws that dictate a boob size for women that would make them of age and that you can't even really use that as a gauge for age. Maybe try thinking instead of just memeing.
