I don't think you understand the ridiculous undertaking that it takes to port a game from 360 to PS3.
Unfortunately, Sony dramatically overhyped the power of the PS3, and thus every core must be used on a game originally made for the 360.
This means that every game must be able to use 8 threads, which isn't so bad to do if you first set out for it.
However, a game originally made for the 360 would more than likely not have enough threads to run well on the PS3 if it was directly ported, simply modifying the graphics engine.
So, in reality, it would not be a port of ME - it would be the same game entirely remade for PS3.
On the other hand, porting a PS3 game to the 360 is much easier, as a single processor can handle multiple threads simultaneously.
