I don't see how anybody can think that murder is wrong under any circumstances.
What if somebody just raped and killed your entire family and was about to set off all of the nukes in the world, creating a nuclear wasteland, and either you kill them right now or the world and humanity are doomed.
How is that not justifiable? I wouldn't think twice before killing that guy.
