And does she really think that a company like Activison would do something with jumping through the proper legal hoops first?

OMG he only died less than 20 years ago so this is wrong doesn't make sense to me. It isn't like it was done in bad taste. If Kurt was portrayed as a zombie or soemthing I would completely understand.

And if there is some breach of contract well that is a totally different issue.

I'm just going to throw out a WILD GUESS here. Courtney Love is a notorious twit. Activision is a massive corporation. This is a LEGAL DISPUTE. Who do you think figured this shit out way in advance?
