Shin Megami Tensei(literally "True Goddess Reincarnation")

You have to decide whether to aid in the resurrection of the goddess of creation or try and prevent her return. It will be very much a good/bad duality, only with a twist(those resurrectioners, while seemingly doing what is good, actually cause the return of chaos, because the goddess of creation's creations are with no order and cause havoc and destruction(oh the irony) without the balance of another deity).

Path of Exile

You are Napoleon after he was first exiled to the island of I don't know the name of it island. It is your mission to either simply survive on the island, or make it back to France to not suck it up again.

Far Cry 3

Ventriloquism, you have to throw your voice as well as you can to anything anywhere

Neverwinter Nights

You are in a nomadic tribe in the desert that only travels at night.

Final Fantasy:
You are a death row inmate who decides to go to his happy place before he is executed. The goal is to have as much creative fun as possible before you're executed.
This could work really well as a Flash game, it's perfectly quirky and sounds really interesting!

OT:

Time Crisis: The president of Earth has just decided that time is useless, and has ordered all clocks destroyed. As the world falls into chaos, you and a ragtag group must defend the last Swatch in existence.. And bring back the glory of the lunch hour!

Manhunt: Can YOU find the perfect man? There's a world of dreamboats out there, but you just need that one special one!

Angry Birds: Decidedly fed up with being eaten, shot, shooed, and fed tasteless bread, birds everywhere have risen up against the humans. Place turrets, guards and those little spike things that go on ledges to defeat the aviary enemy and defend the stores of peanuts!

Guitar Hero: In your little music shop, rebuild and learn the stories behind many classic axes, level up to unlock more prestigious and famed instruments!

No More Heroes. There are too many heroes in the world doing good deed so it's time to villains to rise up and protest of the lack of villain and too many heroes!
How about...the quotum of heroes has been filled, so there are no more vacancies for hero jobs. Meaning there are plenty of unemployed (and probably drinking/ depressed) would-be heroes.

Torchlight: A stealth based game where you play as one of the unsung heroes of video games. Your task is to light all the torches, candles and other lightsources around a dungeon before the hero comes. Of course, those torches won't burn forever [sub](because that would be silly, right?)[/sub] so you need to lead the hero along the lit path by luring enemies on it. And don't forget to assemble that smashable furniture!

Mass Effect: You need to stay awake throughout an incredibly boring and tiresome mass. But beware! If someone finds out that you're not filled by the holy spirit, crazed zealots will chastise you.

Mass Effect(2): You are a priest in a village that is surrounded by unholy evil. Your sermons have the potential to shield the villagers from said evil, but not everyone believes in you and your god. Can you convert the sceptics while keeping the fanatics among the villagers in check? And can you do more than just help to endure the unholy threat?
