Very occasionally I find this comic funny. This as not one of those times. It feels like the early Apocalypse Lane episodes I watched that thought gross = funny (and it's a girl being gross!!! lololololol!!!! That makes it extra funny!). Still, the makers of Apocalypse lane went on to make Doraleous and Associates so maybe this will suddenly turn into the most awesome somic strip ever made.

took me some time to get it properly, first i thought it if they where in bed together meaning Dante vs. kratos together

afterwards i thought it was Dante in Dante's inferno soo that also fucked it up a bit
but then i realized it was with them not each other and Dante as in devil may cry
(i think kratos after how he handled Aphrodite)

Wow. I read that entire comic thinking it was Divine-Comedy Dante and was like, 'are they crazy Dante went to hell for his wife, while Kratos killed his. now which do you think would be nicer?'

Well, if they used most any other card game, the it would have been just boring and unrelated. If they used yu-gi-oh, then the entire comic would have been dominated by the card arguments and happenings.
So yeah, Magic kicks ass.

BTW, that mental image of Ash clogging up Lady Parts reminds me of a similar situation in a webcomic called "Sexy Losers". I highly recommend it for true Brain Bleach moments.

Just to be pedantic (and disgusting) technically Kratos has probably slept with enough people across the three games that you'd think most of the loose, transferable ash down there would have, you know, already worn off... =S

I play MTG fairly regularly and Cory plays me occasionally via the terrible port that is Duels of the Planeswalkers. I figure it'd be a good setpiece for terrible terrible conversations. That and there aren't really that many comics about MTG (I can think of one, offhand) and there's a shitload of players. A good niche there.

It IS a good setpiece for terrible conversations. This is what happens during my own games, I have no idea why. Completely agree on Duels by the way, it has nothing close to a deck I actually WANT to play. White Weenie FTW!
