The necrophiliac aspect is kind of amusing, but it's not really all that surprising that the woman could become pregnant, it isn't much different than people who have their sperm saved for later use, if they happen to die in the interim, the sperm is still the same, right?

Seems reasonable enough, by which I mean I can see a jury deciding that she needs the financial support for the child in spite of the fact the man clearly had no say in the matter.

I am curious however. Have there been any examples of a female raping a male, becoming pregnant and then suing for child support? Because, if so, I think I might implode.
