another victory for pointless censorship, the only reason to "not sell" product x is because it's not very good. "because it contains something that might offend someone somewhere" is without question the rationale of a moron, maybe if instead of pandering to idiocy and prudishness some kind of age verification system was implemented (not fool proof, but seems adequate enough for every other adult material) the problem could be solved.

I didn't follow up the outcome) tried to shut down xbox live after 12 pm on school nights? ok so no sexy boom boom time allowed on steam isn't that what the internet is for? So much potential completely missed because we jump to conclusions long before the game actually comes out.

The game is directed/created by a woman. Has anyone here actually EVER read a romance book written by women? They are racy, sure. But they have great tension, atmosphere, and character interaction that builds up to the moment of sexual intercourse. It makes the moments very erotic before any nudity is actually described. That writing in a erotic game that they plan to release on Steam itself already tells me there is a chance they were taking the game seriously. I would of LOVED to play such a game.

Did anyone here actually get to play a demo of the game? At all? To say that the game sucked because you played it? None that I can tell from the forum. So, a huge amount of people are judging a game from a minute and half video. Sure, cause all of us can tell how well a game is going to turn out from snippets of an entire game. -_-

Will I buy the game? Yes. The sex scenes will be a factor, but most importantly. If the game turns out to be well written like I expect from a romance novel written by women, than it will be worth a purchase.

Seemed to be more like "50 shades of Gray - the Flash Game sold for 20$" to me.
And no, I still wouldn't want this game on Steam. Just like I don't want any other porn in my normal stores.

OT:This is basically the same thing as every other flash game on the newgrounds adult game list, which means it could just be snubbed because its a boring, unoriginal concept put in a subpar wrapper.

That was exactly the impression I got based on the article as well. In fact, I was on my way to the reply box to post "put it on Newgrounds with all the other crappy dating sims" when I saw your post.

Basically this game sounds like it was less "a game that has sex scenes" like others mentioned in this thread like The Witcher and more a game where you play some minigames to get some animated porn. BIG difference between the two. It has nothing to do with Americans being prudes and everything to do with Steam being for actual video games rather than porn with mini-games.
