No.

I don't hate him, and I don't make fun of him. He's just a kid, what in the world will I get out of fucking with him.

I don't like his music, I don't like his voice. I think he's an idiot who walks into revolving doors but hate him? I doubt he's worth hating. He's just a bad singer, not a freaking murderer or something.

Edit: They actually play his music nearly every day at school at lunchtime, you usually can't hear it over people talking and shouting, luckily.

I've never even listened to one of Bieber's songs in full. I don't hate him, I just don't care. Everything about him screams of an act I've seen before many times, but I have no reason to hate him.

His fame utterly baffles me, but that's about it. I'm more confused about Justin Bieber and his appeal rather than hate him.

I can't say I hate him persay, but I do dislike him. Pretty much because I don't think he deserves any of the attention, praise, fame he's got. He should really just go away and leave us alone. Him and/or his fans.

I don't jump on the bandwagon to hate major celebrities without reason. In Bieber's case I've never heard any of his music so I have no opinion.

One of my favorite songs of recent years is the Haiti version of Waving Flag, which Beiber closes. This is my only experience with him singing and it was just fine. So I guess he's good based on that 5 second bit.

I hate him pretty much because how incredibly much of wussy he sounds and looks like.
and I wonder if he sets a bad example to young men. more or less teaching them its okay to be girly and a sissy, and quite in fact its the way to get girls to like you apperently.

I don't hate him, I don't even know the kid. But yah, his music is pretty shit. That's about it, nothing to actually hate him about.

I don't hate him no, but I do dislike his music and his fanbase. I also don't get how a 16 year old boy has enough to talk about to have a biography (or autobiography, I'm not sure) and a film made about him already.

I also don't like his fans, and music. I see he got a bottle thrown at him, and played it off quite well.

Nope. As for his music I don't think he's worse than any pop singer of the last 20 years, which doesn't mean much for what I care. As for the general hate my answer is it's mostly 15-30yrs virgins that are just jelous on him getting all the girls crazy :)

I've listened to a few of his songs. Yeah, I hate him. It's hard to explain. I find him... arrogant. Does that make sense?
That makes perfect sense. I wouldn't go so far as hate, but watch a few interviews with real journalists. They don't hold back on questions and he answers like a 15 year old who thinks he's the next Micheal Jackson. He is very arrogant. At the same time though, he is just a kid. He'll figure it out when he gets older and becomes a joke.

Edit: also there's this:

I wish I was a necromancer sometimes. Just for a bit. Enough time for Kurt to smash a guitar on his face.

His music isn't that great, but there's been worse out there. But, all the people who actually *hate-hate* him, I have a hard time seeing why. There's far worse people out there in the World -- corrupt dictators, serial killers, idiot politicians, radical religious nutjobs, greedy businessmen who'll bankrupt a working-class family for the sake of the bottom line, irresponsible oil companies who pollute our oceans -- and you decide that a 17-year-old (albeit an arrogant one, but at that age, that's normal) is the one who needs hating-on...

Also, my respect-points for him went off-the-charts when he sang as part of Young Artists for Haiti (a Canadian charity collaboration to help out with the Haiti earthquake). If it doesn't bring a tear to your eye, then you are a hard, hard man:

TLDR: Even if you don't like his music (perfectly understandable), I have a hard time understanding how Justin Bieber warrants an emotional opinion as strong as "hate."
