I don't hate the kid. I hate the industry that made a kid singing such crappy songs a superstar. I don't even mean his singing, I mean his rotten repertoire and the vapid lyrics. And this may sound like a case of "stop liking what i don't like", but I hate his ignorant fans, because there's so much better music out there that they've never heard about. Of course, you have to dig for it, because the music industry only promotes crap-R&B-pop acts.
I don't hate him, really. It's his music and fans that get on my nerves. His music videos are like getting your eyes gouged out, too.
Eh, I don't actually hate the guy persay, I just hate all the annoying fans. But that's probably my distaste of tweenies talking....

I don't care for his music, it's the same corporate anthem garbage you get form Lady GaGa or any of the other pop stars we won't remember in ten years.
That being said, I admire his hard work. It takes a tremendous amount of energy, work and skill to function and be successful at his level. Anyone can make an album that appeals to a demographic, it's something entirely to take that album on the road to hundreds of sold out concerts and keep up the energy while having to sing the SAME songs over and over and over again with the passion and intensity that people expect from you.
Justin is an expert at giving people what they expect from him, and I appreciate that kind of dedication and work ethic. I only hope that he grows enough as an artist to unfetter himself from the shackles of the music industry.

I think Justin Bieber is cuter than a basket of puppies. His music isn't that bad. It isn't very good, but I hear worse every day. He doesn't deserve the hate he gets, especially with how good he is at making fun of himself. Did you ever see the Justin Bieber screen saver? Shit is off the hook hilarious.

My cousin once played me one of his songs, and telling me to guess the artist. I seriously guessed female artists until I heard the chorus (song was "Baby").

Not a fan of the music but then not a part of the target audience. I certainly don't hate the guy but what I do find weird is that people REALLY hate him... its sad.
I remember seeing a video of him once (don't ask me how I have no idea haha) of him making a stupid video. and yeah the comments were unilateral hatred because it wasn't funny... he was like 15. what 15 year old HONESTLY makes something really funny when they're screwing around with a camera?
There's a big disconnect for people when youngsters are put under a spotlight. they seem to think that they should be 100% mature 100% of the time and not ever be a child, maybe its the money that clouds people's vision.
If I was his age and I had all that money (I'm only 19 but I fell i've grown up a lot over the last year or so) i'm not sure what i'd do really. probably screw around and enjoy myself! I can tell you one thing though! I cant imagine i'd be so well mannered on Twitter!

I mostly hate that you can't go anywhere without seeing his damn face or name plastered onto something when he's not very talented and his songs are generic at best.
