My friends and I quote these vids A LOT, somewhat of a catchphrase i guess.

All of thier videos are funny. I use the "I'm so mad right now" rant all the time.
Easily some of the best on youtube.

I catch myself saying, "What's the worst that could happen?" kind of a lot. I know, it's sort of a cliched catchphrase as it is, but it seems to work so well in so many situations.
thats off doomsday arcade
I thought they said "I can see no other possible outcome."

But either way, it's a very common phrase. It just works in a lot of situations.

"Cause you know...MIRRORS ARE EVIL!"

My friend and I started saying that after we watched Mirrors.

Same friend also says "cocaine" whenever someone asks what he's doing, what are we going to do, what should we do, etc...

I have a catchword...

It's "fuck". I say that word far too much. I also say "What the shit?" a fair bit. I think I swear too much, and it's not an attractive habit...

I tend to use "evening" as an all-purpose greeting, regardless of the time of day.

Sometimes I use "EGADS!" as an exclamation.

I've also been known to say something along the lines of "your stupidity is causing me to have an aneurysm" on occasion.

I have different sayings for different games.
RFG = " I AM THE HAMMER!" - When using the hammer in multiplayer.
Mostly Vegas 2 = "Enjoy!" - throw a grenade into a group of enemies.
there are other things, but those are the most common.

I have adopted the phrase "That's what she said...", according to my mates. It's pretty much true, as I do have a habit of shoehorning it in whenever necessary.

I tend to preface many things by describing them as "entirely legitimate", because I have the reputation among some friends as being a bit shady, so I like to keep them wondering.

i.e. "I have some entirely legitimate business to take care of, so I'll be a little late."
