Do you have a problem watching girly anime?

Back when I watched anime regularly, I did tend to gravitate towards the girly animes.
Chobits, Fruits Baskets, I'm not sure if Grenadier counts but that one too. There was also one I can't remember the name of. It was about this vampire chick that was kind of like a day walker with huge tits and the hots for this one guy with "abnormally large" eyes. She also has chronic nosebleeds.

[EDIT] I found out the name of it and it's Karin. She would get nosebleeds around depressed people. I don't have the time to describe the story so just go watch it.

I've seen a few of these shows - Sailor Moon, Fushigi Yuugi, Weiss Kreuz, Ayashi no Ceres, Escaflowne, Ultramaniac, Sasami Magical Girls Club, to name a few - and they can be every bit as interesting as any other anime. I do agree with Cheveyo, though, that the girls frequently decide to go after the 'wrong choice', I would say, the abusive, cold, passionless one, rather than anyone who could give them a healthy relationship. But then, this is a common theme in real life, too. I guess Japan decides they want to indoctrinate their girls to this type of thinking at a younger age.
Why not? Life's too short to worry about trivial crap like if an anime is too "girly" or whatever, just watch what you want.
I don't like to admit it for fear that people won't take me seriously, but I don't have much of a problem actually watching it. Just don't like to talk about it, but I actually quite enjoy anime that's targeted towards females. Probably because I am one, and the 'targeting' works.
Nonsense, I watch Ouran High School Host Club and despite the manservice, it's one of my favourite anime series.
Honestly. it does get to me sometimes. And it was pretty uncomfortable for me to watch all those Caremelldansen AMV's, but I got through it. I did watch the first season of Zero no Tsukaima. It wasn't easy, but it did make me laugh.

OT: I have absolutely no issues with "girly" anime, Toradora is one of my all time favorites as well as many other similar anime. Its the ecchi stuff that gets to me, when a girls breasts are bigger than her head twice over, I can't help but turn away in shame.
Wait, hold on a second... Toradora isn't exaclty what I would call "girly" anime, as it is actually labeled as Shonen. You labelling it girly just because it's a romantic comedy or something? D:ForensicYOYO said:
On topic: well, sortof. As "girly" anime I'd say Vampire Knight (just an example) and other animes labelled as Shojo might be something you do not want to speak in public about. Hell, you might even want to hide it and keep it a secret or call it a guilty pleasure. Personally though, I'd stick to romantic comedies, y'know, the sort like School Days [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SchmuckBait], and of course my all time favourite, Clannad ^_^
