Don't Expect Horse Armor DLC in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I still can't find my horse in Oblivion..... :'(

THATS WHAT DLC SHOULD BE! most DLC should be on the expansion pack feel,when was the last time you got an EXPANSION PACK and not just some item and 1 new NPC/small area? its been a hell of a long time for me,ill tell you that.THANK YOU! at least it seems like their treating this game right unlike oblivion...though mods make up for it somewhat...thank you community!
