Don't hate on FortressCraft just on principle. Please.

I don't mind, but I can't see this selling all that well. Waving your arms around gets repetitive and tiring after a while, and everyone who wants to play this probably already has Minecraft. It's not as if you need a top of the line computer to run it...
By the way, has anyone else noticed an increase in the Captchas today? Trying to post this, I got maybe my sixth consecutive one. They're good for stopping bots, but really? Six?

Actually, if FortressCraft ever came on the PSN I'd probably buy it for my PS3. It actually looks like fun. They're both different games, it's not like FC just copied and pasted MC completely.

You know, there is being inspired by a game (Minecraft inspired by Infiniminer) and there is completely ripping it off.
What I see in this video are the exact same fluid mechanics, the exact same gameplay, tools, trees, caves and everything Notch and his team has showcased.
What I see isn't innovative. I see it as a way to get revenue and fame without any imaginary effort.

The trick is to put the marshmallow just at the very edge of the heat corona, whch is easier the more butthurt the source is. That way, you get all the toastiness you need for a perfectly gooey marshmallow without all the nasty ass-particles.
Also, it's really funny when some of the burning sugar drips onto their buttocks.

I should probably add that I don't play Minecraft, the idea never really appealed to me. I'm not really creative enough for that kind of game and generally lack the time for something so lacking in structure. I can see how it could be fun but it's just not for me.

I don't mind someone bringing a clone of minecraft over to the consoles. everyone should at least try some version of the game... but please don't make it sucky, mkay? This looks like if you took minecraft.. removed all the good features (people build stuff because the end result looks awesome).

Jumping to conclusions: I don't like that Fortresscraft is copying Minecraft so soon. Cant they at least wait until Minecraft is done? Can they at least not use craft in their name??
I guess it would be cool if it came out on the PS3(The website says it wont though)
