And also whats with them skipping some parts of the demo? Is there something about the game they don't want us to see? Like how the game might be paced as fast as a snail?

I have zero expectations for this game. I'm not hyped or excited for it. However; I'll likely give it a rent because I like games that don't take themselves too seriously. I'm glad that they can make fun of themselves.

You raise a very valid point. They could be seen to lose a chunk of money on all the now cynical pre-order customers from 12 years ago. It should be quite funny to see how they handle it.

Duke Nukem generic? Maybe 10 years ago, but how many macho, gung-ho, cartoony shooters do you get now? Serious Sam being the last I can remember.

I am seriously looking forward to this but I hope they haven't slowed it down. I've been playing 3D on recently and the pace of it compared to modern console, regenerative healing shooters is astonishing.
