They name-dropped Smartmatic on their (Trump legal crew) press conference. Smartmatic shows up in wikileaks:
Smartmatic, and its subsidiary Sequoia were used in the US since, um - I think 2006.
A-YA-YAY! It may actually be happening.

Meanwhile the Trump campaign has thrown subtlety even further to the wind, asking that a Pennsylvania judge declare the state's election results (in which Biden has 80,000 more votes than Trump) 'defective', and instead let the Republican-majority state legislature simply pick the winner. "This court should enter an order, declaration, and/or injunction that the results of the 2020 presidential general election are defective and providing for the Pennsylvania General Assembly to choose Pennsylvania’s electors"

This elections was never subtle, when in 4am in 4th of november 5 states stopped counting their votes at the same time while Trump was winning, and then slowly found enough votes for Biden to win.
What's happening?
Right now? Nothing.
Nothing ever happens.

An interesting take on just how much fraud is going on in this election.
Question: If 9/10ths of "Biden" votes are fraud and can be thrown out, I wonder what that would do with down ballot voting?

Stopped counting for the night. Moreover, what you refer to was actually to some extent expected because of a combination of Trump's politicization of mail-in ballots (resulting in Democrats being much more likely to vote by mail and Republicans being much more likely to vote in person) and the fact that in-person ballots are counted before mail-in ballots. Which is to say that the first ballots counted were always expected to overwhelmingly skew towards Trump, while the last ballots counted were always expected to skew overwhelmingly towards Biden. This possible outcome was literally predicted months ago, and a distinctly similar scenario was actually seen on a smaller scale back in June.

Finally something that is not necessarily a sign of rigging, but it is often assumed to be so.
Election commissions, particularly in Africa, can appear to take an inordinately long time to publish official results.
This is not helped by local observer networks and political parties who, tallying up the results sent in by their agents on mobile phones, have a good idea of the result long before the more cumbersome official process is completed.
But the official process takes time, especially in countries with poor communications, and the introduction of modern electronic transmission systems has not necessarily helped.
...
In that particular case the results eventually had to be transmitted the old fashioned way; placed in envelopes and driven down to the capital under police escort.
"

Literally Africa-tier.

I find it amusing that your first line already belies the flimsiness of the argument you so desperately want to believe. "is not necessarily a sign of rigging, but it is often assumed to be so." Moreover, let's actually look at the context for a minute. What your quote is explaining is a "Delay in Announcing Results". And you're implying that this took an inordinately long time? The results were published as they were coming in! And as the very quote notes: "But the official process takes time, especially in countries with poor communications, and the introduction of modern electronic transmission systems has not necessarily helped", and let's take a closer look at the part you curiously exised:

Where these systems have proved too demanding for the context, as in Malawi last year, they can actually increase delays as staff struggle to make the technology work.
In that particular case the results eventually had to be transmitted the old fashioned way; placed in envelopes and driven down to the capital under police escort.
By then, allegations of rigging were flying.
Delay is certainly dangerous, fuelling rumours of results being "massaged" before release and increasing tensions, but this is not incontrovertible proof of rigging.
So not only does this describe very different circumstances, the point of this section was that such delays can easily be false positives.

What's my argument here, then?
It took 4 days to come close to certifying the elections by the MSM. Very much africa-tier. It's called election-day, not election-week.

Why does the time it takes to tally votes during a pandemic matter?

I would not have a high opinion of my country's elections if my vote was stored on USB-sticks that get easily lost and found.

Question: If cows could graze on the moon would milk taste different?

See, I can make weird questions without any basis in reality too!
One anti-Biden cheated idea for why he "won" and down ballot, Democrats got clobbered? People like mixed party government. Throw out Biden votes, maybe Republicans down ballot would suffer. Or not. Be interesting to see what happened.

Your other question is easy. If cows grazed on the moon, milk would taste like Gouda. Everyone knows that.

How times change. He dropped out of the race for plagiarism. Now we have so much tolerance that a guy with a history of sexual assault can win the nominee and presidency.
Aw, how cute. There was once a time where people would pull out over something like plagiarism. These days you can kill tens of thousands of your own citizens through bad policy and carry on campaigning like you're the dog's bollocks.

It's called election day because that's when people go to the polling station to vote, not the day the election result is announced.

An interesting take on just how much fraud is going on in this election.
Basically no fraud is going on. It's just a load of people refusing to accept the reality in front of them because they don't like it and reaching at ever more extravagant fantasies when the more credible ones collapse.

Release the Kraken!!!!

We shall see. Course, if Kennedy could steal it from Nixon, why wouldn't they be able to steal it from Trump today?

But even I know there are problems including long lines in less favored districts to deter voting.

Election day should be a day off from work. Make it easier for people, with photo ID, to actually get to the polls.

Photo-IDs are racist, though.

I'm not special (though I have a lovely singing voice). If I can do a thing, I figure pretty much everyone else can. And I've had a photo ID longer than I've been eligible to vote.

Do you know why the US doesn’t have universal ID’s?
It does look controversial:
I imagine there are state IDs. I think my 86 year old mom has a DMV provided photo ID that does not allow her to drive.
