One ounce of Epic is worth the entire annual income of every citizen in Germany and England combined.

No, because I know that there are people on here who are very much like Michael Atkinson and Jack Thompson, in similar views but not as hardcore or stupid.
you cannot place a large assortment of ideas in one place and expect everyone to accept them, not everyones needs will be met.
and in such a greedy world (as is the nature of mankind) we will ask for more people to accept the fact that we are right.
lets say, for example, we have different religeous views, i am an athiest and lets say you are catholic.
even if we agree that we are able to have our seperate views, I will still be uppity about logic and you will still want to save my soul.
does that make sense?

Though this is a clever idea for a group, I will tell you that right now.
I am merely playing the role of a devils advocate, simply because I want to argue.

I would be on the Socialist floating city. The mod delegation on the island would prevent too much fighting, but as factions vying for control is a part of any un-Democratic system, they would most likely allow limited battling for control of the island among the authoritarians.

Our floating city will also be a staging arena for NeonBob's nuke attacks of the whales. Any invasions of the floating city, and perhaps the Socialists capture the stockpile...

I say we have a limited-government democracy, with free speech, free religion, free press, etc.

This I agree with. Some kinda of set up like what we have in the US. 3 main branches of government and a Constitution to regulate them. Socialism won't work if we don't have money, also, someone somewhere gets greedy and takes more then they should. It always happens.

Ok quick question that doesn't seem to even be answered. I fit in none of the categorizes. I like my democracy threw and threw. So where would I fit or would I even be welcome. I'm not a big fan of a socialized government.
