Deus Ex:

You play as a cyborg super agent who uncovers a conspiracy to take over the world and tries to stop it.
As you progress through the game you develop skills and upgrade nano-augmentations, which work as special abilities.
You can accomplish goals in different ways, which are usually fighting, sneaking or hacking (sometimes talking).
In your quest to uncover and stop the conspiracy, you travel to many locations around the world.
The game world and its characters respond accordingly to your actions.

Oh, and I found it hilarious that your avatar was going in time with the song on my playlist.

9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors.

You're one of nine seemingly unconnected people kidnapped by a masked psychopath called Zero. He put you onto a sinking cruise liner and makes you play "the Nonary Game". How does he make you play that (aside from sinking the ship you're currently trapped in)? By strapping super explosive bracelets to your wrists, obviously. Solve the mystery and get out of there alive.

EVERYBODY!

*ahem*

In a world of lazy assholes, only one noisy man (or woman) can set things straight by doing all of their jobs for them, ranging from assassinating important people to doing courier jobs. Also, there's a big bad dragon, but most people ignore that part of the plot.

Skyrim.

Once, there was a god. This god loved numbers and the way they worked. However, your family betrayed this god in some manner and now you are cursed by him forever. Also, aliens.

Vanquish.

Rocket sled kick to the face of a robot. Followed by mid air bullet time shotgun to the face of even more robots.
I love Vanquish and that was pretty accurate and, sadly, the only things worth mentioning about the game.

I'll go with the Xenosaga series.

It is a sci-fi RPG that spans for three installments, following the human race leaving Earth and having settled in space.
Though the game is very slow to start up, you will be plunged into a compelling narrative with interesting characters, lots of plot twists, awesome cinematic pieces, and challenging fights.
There are secrets abound in every corner, as you travel across the galaxy, through time and space, to unravel the mysteries of the past and learn of the chain of events that has caused the turmoil in the present.
Following Shion, a gifted robotics/android engineer and her greatest creation, KOS-MOS, a combat android, they will face an alien menace, secret societies, cosmic entities, and government factions, together with the aid of their friends and family.
So if you have the drive and patience to brave an unknown universe full of boundless hidden treasures, an evolving combat system, beautiful cut scenes, memorable battles, and a fantastic cast, the Xenosaga series is one RPG that can't be missed.

Blocks of various shapes fall from the sky, daring you to arrange them in to uninterrupted horizontal rows whereupon then vanish in to the aether. Remove four rows at once for the glory of Mother Russia.

Tetris. Possibly Metal Gear Solid 4 too.
