I've only ever heard that a couple times when playing Oblivion. The first time I heard it I was quite taken aback that they'd have something like that in, I just wasn't expecting it. The fact that it appeared to be a rare line made it even better.

Hands down, Roman is the worst NPC to come out of a game yet. He was just God awful as a character overall, the kind of person I would make an effort to avoid. Aha, the girls are beautiful in America, brilliant, shut up about it you fat prick.
