I've have been accused of being fake behind my back, though the person that was told passed it onto me anyway and we had a right good chuckle.
I have two friendship groups and I have had consecative 3 parties for one, so I throw one for the other and I get accussed of to make friends with people I dont like. Who the hell is he to make that kind of statement? I have been at school with these guys since year 7 and if I didnt like them, they would know about it by know.
Lucky everyone thinks this guy is a tit though and nobody gives a toss about his opinions.

I hate when people say stupid shit like that and don't explain. like once I was told "I like it that you like me but I don't like you" by a girl. WTF!? I kinda get what she means but I don't really get it. Like, you like the idea, but not me? Idk... I assume u liked her or something, but what were the circumstances? Did you ask her out or something or is she just a friend or something?

I think it's pretty clearly a "I'm flattered that you like me - but I'm not into you." Thems the breaks. At least she was pretty straight up about it. She could have taken the easy way out by stringing you along.

To the OP: Well, that's got to suck. I mean, being called fake is a pretty invalidating experience. You're a real person with genuine feelings - you get hurt when people say stupid shit like that - maybe you should make that clear when people call you fake. I don't know.

I know what it means it's just the way she put it with no explanation is just weird, and it was a stupid way of dressing up "I dislike you but still want people to like me"

Eh, I think she was just trying to be polite. Failing, but still attempting.

EDIT:im not crushing, were just friends. also she called me self "sentered" and pathetic and a jerk. even though i always help her with her problems and talk her threw them. so im like the hell?

Did she at least explain what fake was, or was she overtly agitated making her call a bit on the dubious side?
