It's a love/hate thing with me and my parents.

I just wish I wasn't an only-child, it feels like everyone has brothers or sisters except me.

My mom is great.
My dad introduced me to Leningrad Cowboys. So as far as I'm concerned,he's the coolest dad to have ever fucking lived.
I love my sister. She's always so nice to.I really think that I take a little after her,in the way of how nice I am to most people.
My brother is okay.I din't get to know him properly until two years ago.But he's been cool with me.

I don't hate anyone in my family and i have quite a large family, that includes cousins, aunties, uncles etc. Just... so many... relatives.

Although my uncle just likes have arguments and make debates all the time, its annoying.

My parents and I don't get along very well. They seem to be holding some kind of dissappointment in me, thinking that I didn't turn out the way that they wanted. Right now, theyve pretty much given up on me and are focusing on my brother.
So I'm not expecting any favors from them, and they can sure as hell not expect to hear from me when I leave the house.

My parents are great and I'd be selfish to pretend they weren't, but they still manage to fucking annoy me so, so often with their attempts at helping me and trying to convince me that I'm going to fail everything and need to try harder.

My more distant relatives are wonderful people (except for one uncle who's a little... weird, and one cousin who has ADHD and is very hard to treat normally (but he's still one of the kindest people I know).

My mom is far from perfect, but she's awesome; I love my mom. And, fact is, the vast majority of issues she has are entirely my father's fault. Now he's a completely different story. That's... yeah. Screw him.

The only real problem I have with my family at this point (not counting my sociopathic excuse for a father) is the fact that I am the only nerd. As in, I study video games as an art form, plan to go into the industry, and stay inside most of the time because pretty all of my interests and goals involve electronic art forms (not counting reading, I suppose, but that keeps me inside anyway). My sister, on the other hand, uses our two acres of land for her horse and pigs, and is raising a guide dog for the blind. So I end up being involved in a bunch of stuff I'm not interested in or cut out for; it makes sense that I should be helping my family while I'm back from college for summer, but it really, really sucks.

I love em'. Sure, some of them are annoying as hell, but I love them.
I was going to describe my relationship with my family, but your post sums it up in 2 sentences.

Aside from my Step-father. I don't dislike him, I just wish he'd stop treating me like a 12 year-old now that I'm 20...

Love my mom's side. My dad gave me depression, so I'm a little iffy on that side. I'm starting to love my siblings and had a "d'aawwww" moment when my little sister said she told her friends that I was the cool brother, but because I have to be someone totally different to keep my dad from yelling at me louder than a military sergeant in the movies I need to keep up a persona around that side of the family to lay low. I'm looking forward to when my personality splits, should be entertaining.

I like almost all of my family. I may have to move far away for a job and I'm not really sure if I want to.

My family consists of 4 very amicable and undramatic people, and my little brother...and he's alright too, really.

I have no complaints.

Well, I love my Mom. I'm very close to my Mom's side of the family. I love my step dad. I get along with his family just fine. I love my step brothers. I was never really close to my Dad's side of the family. In fact, I haven't spoken a single word to him in 5 years.

I don't hate my family, but if I had a choice, as horrible as it sounds, I'd probably pick a different one.

I cannot stand my family at times.

My father can be alright, but he's been very moody with me recently since I developed a sleep disorder. My Step-Mother I don't really talk to. I have come close to stabbing my Step-brother before. My sister annoys me. My Godfather also lives in the house, denying me my own room; he's the reason why my dad has been angry at me since I developed my sleep problems, as he wakes up easily, and I supposedly keep him awake. My Mum can be moody at times, also, but I love her.

I like my actual brother. He's 9.

I find it hard being the eldest sibling at times, as in our household, a lot of responsibility falls on me. Despite this, they're my family, and I love them.

Ever since i hit puberty i've become verbally aggressive towards my mother.
And in general very assertive.
Thank fictional god i'm a pacifist or i'd probably take my anger out on someone.
But i play the drums so often that calms me down.

And the fact her Boyfriend is a huge prick doesn't help because at times he'll lash out at me and she'll just sit there so that pisses me off.
