I actually played 4 of the 5 closed betas and there was blood and the gore slider in the closed betas. In the Open Beta the slider was removed, sadly, but it didn't actually matter, there was blood splatter on the ground. I don't think the problem is that big (especially since there are 8-12 year olds in the game almost only wearing underpants) but everyone should have a choice.
