You mean the andy capps fries? yeah those are good, and while i hate to sound so lucky, those still exist where i live too. I get them at my local gas station store =D
arg! you are very lucky, at least i can get my favorite drink down the street!
Lol whats ur favorite drink? Personally, i drink plain old coke more then i can say is healthy.
i drink moxie, its a great soda and the best part about it is that no one likes it! so no one asks for a sip.

Vanilla Coke. I think it's still continued, but it's almost impossible to find. I just found a case of it yesterday, and there were only like 2 cases of it.
You think that's hard to find? I haven't had Cherry Coke in about four years and every time I see a bottle of Coke I start jonesing for it.

OT: Either Cherry Coke (discontinued in Australia) or Dr. Pepper. Dr. Pepper is so damn hard to find in Australia it's almost unbearable. The first time my mate went to America he tasted Dr. Pepper and immediately bought a slab of it to bring back and I've been hooked ever since.

Luckily there is a tiny candy store in Greensborough Plaza on the first store that sells lots of candies and goodness from across the seas, chief of which is Dr. Pepper.
Dr. Pepper was impossible to find in New Zealand two years ago too. Then you could find it in niche shops. Now in the last year it's starting to appear everywhere (along with A&W Root Beer). They're brewing it in Asia now so it shouldn't be too long before it becomes common in Australia too.

Cherry Coke (from the US) appeared in my local supermarket three weeks ago. The future is here.
I'm hoping Dr. Pepper will go the same was as it did in NZ over here this year. ^^

Damnit, what the hell is going on? I think we got New Zealand's shipment of Vanilla Coke and you got our Cherry Coke. Do you have our power bill too?

filled twizzlers, soo good.

Those were awesome. It's amazing but there are so many different snacks, gimmick or not, that I have had over the years that this thread is reminding me of, and it is making me sad. But also happy, because I've been seeing how much stuff I take for granted, and now I know there is a lot to look forward to when I got to the supermarket.

Viking bars, it's like a Mars bar with caffeine and guarana.
The thing is I don't even think Mars Bars exist anymore either. At least I haven't seen one in the candy aisles in a long time.

Butterfingers

"But Pinstar, Butterfingers are still being sold widely"

Not the REAL butterfingers. The original recipe for the candy was lost when the company that made it was bought out. The current version that we eat now is as close as they could get to the original.

Lucky Charms cereal. They stopped selling it in the UK in the 90's (I think) and now the only place I can find it is in a specialist food shop in Newcastle, but it costs about £7 ($11) a box.

Also I'm happy they're bringing Mountain Dew into the UK (I think it was here before for a while, but I can't remember).

its not pepsi crystal, but pepsi blue. It was the only pepsi I ever drank except for cherry.

Sour Skittles

Nerdz

"Black and Red" Wine Gums

Galaxy Liasons

Sour Chewits (they were discontinued for a while, but they are back although pretty rare nowadays)

Sour Strawbs (again, discontinued, brought back, now very rare)

There's also these other little sweets that I have no idea what they are called XD They were sold in the UK in the late 90s/early 00s (I think), small pink sweets packaged a bit like Starburst (or "Opal Fruits" as they used to be called), they had little "tangy" bits in them (making the texture of the sweet kinda coarse) and I'm sure the word "tang" was in the name. I'm pretty sure NO ONE is gonna know wtf I am talking about though :p

HOLY MOLEY! It just came to me randomly XD They were called FRUITANGS!! Been trying to think of that name for years and years XD

27 seconds into the video there is an advert for them

I understand your pain, my friend XD Over here in Scotland, EVERY soda (soft drink) is made with sugar - my brother brought back some American drinks (Mountain Dew, Root Beer and Cherry Dr. Pepper) for me to try and in comparison to UK drinks, they were REALLY dull-tasting, not refreshing at all, just sugar-water really (I mean "corn-syrup-water" :p).
