Remember the beginning of Mass Effect, when you hear Anderson, Udina, and Hackett talking about Shepard? At first, I thought the entire game would be narrated by them, which would be cool, but sadly, it wasn't to be. Hackett might still count though, since you never meet him fact-to-face (which sucks, because he's cool, he was willing to overlook Shepard murdering someone from his past who hurt him, though he made a point of telling you he'd prefer you didn't).

I don't know if this counts as 'narration' per se, but while playing Fallout 3 I never stopped listening to Galaxy News Radio because I wanted to hear what Three Dog had to say about my most recent exploits. For some reason I never got sick of him or the music.
