Master Xehanort of the Kingdom Hearts series is a real magnificent bastard of a villain. You can expect great lines from his various incarnations whenever they appear, but his Heartless from the first game probably has the best (being voiced by Billy Zane helps). This is a little speech he gives at the beginning of the game, which is repeated just before the final battle.
