SMBC is by far the funniest webcomic that I have ever come across.

Homestuck. No question about it.

Just started reading it last night,and it really made an impact on me. (My pony induced insanity was temporarily cured as I read it.)

Other than Homestuck,I enjoy XDCD and Cyanide and Happiness.
I read other comics too,but those three are my favorites.

I don't read much of them, but from those I do, definitely Oglaf. I also like The Oatmeal and Cyanide&Happiness and some others too. Oglaf, though, is my favourite; there's not a single page of it that did not make me laugh.

I personally really like Sequential Art. it's pretty funny with some interesting story archs.

I enjoy the Nuzlocke comics (both the original and its DA influenced.

I also enjoy Sabrina Online, though its starting to get bad.

And Strain42's work on Drunk Duck, particularly his Persona comics.

I used to follow Looking for group and Ctrl Alt Del, but both got really unfunny later on.

Oh and recently, Nedroid (recommend) and Rare Candy Treatment (big reccomend for pokemon fans)
