Oooh...Tough one. Titan A.E. and anything from Monty Oum come to mind...So I'll list my favourites from THEM.
From Titan, there's two scenes, right near the end. There's the scene where Corso uses himself as a circuit bridge, and then there's the actual creation of Planet Bob (New Earth). Both are truly magnificent scenes.
From Monty Oum...Damn,it's REALLY hard to pick. Pretty much any scene he animated for the boys at Rooster Teeth, but top honours goes to the Zero-G fight in Season 10,as well as Tex beating the everloving Hell out of Maine (The Meta),York, and Wyoming. Outside of his RT work, though, has to go to Dead Fantasy Two. The one where Tifa goes Drunken Master. Lava river. You know the one. Midair combat down the side of a tower that's probably ten kilos tall. Pure awesome.
Captcha: Easy-peasy. This choice was anything but.
I agree, Monty's work with RT is simply fantastic and it just gets better and better That Zero G fight was awesome, but I was dumbstruck by the quality of the space battle in Season 10, simply amazing. Falling Towards the Sky in Season 9 was just as epic though
Asuka's Death - The fight is brilliant and the death scene is one of the few films where I cringe, such a painful way to go, one of the best scenes in the series!
Definitely both of them. But if you really want a good MLP:FiM scene, I doubt you'd find any better that didn't include one of RD's Sonic Rainbooms. Here, have one with Guile's theme playing; see if that don't beat all.
It really does go with everything...

The opening of Gurren Lagann.
You know a show's gonna be badass when it starts with 15 seconds straight of explosions.
You think the beginning was awesome? You should've seen the second movie.
Totally new Gunmen, each the size of a galaxy.
Just try and pretend you aren't pumping your fist or jumping for joy or excitement after that.
Sorry it's in German. Can't find it with English subtitles. Own the damned movie, though.
Do you know which episode of Cowboy Bebop always stuck out to me? Pierrot Le Fou. From start to finish, the art direction is fantastic and the whole episode is unbelievably creepy.
From amoral, ruthless assassin to bawling child to...well...splat.
Alright, that's enough for one post. If I think of anything else, though, I'll post again.
I think the reason Grievous was like that was because he received a debilitating injury near the end of the first animated Clone Wars series. His chest was Force-crushed, don't remember by who.
Not available in your country ლ(ಠ益ಠლ
Probably for the better though, took youtube months to stop recommending me really ecchi stuff after watching the Japanese version.

I'd try to upload the scene where he takes on an entire droid army by himself without a lightsaber (just one of my many favorite animated scenes), but I gotta be at work in ten minutes.

It's actually one of my favourite fight scenes period. I just love the hands on approach it takes; Asuka's *****-slapping jetfighters, caving in the skulls of the mass produced Eva's, breaking their necks, crushing their ribcages.
And the sense of heft in the animation of the Eva is spectacular. They've never felt bigger and heavier than they did in EoE.

the entirety of Princess Monokoe. I think that's how you spell it. It's been a long time since I've watched that movie but I remember just staring slack jawed at the screen for about the entire run time. Just poetry in motion.
I can't say if it's more funny or awesome, and there's nothing more to say.

IT'S ALIVE!
Okay, it's not quite a hallmark of animation. The real thing on show here is the reveal itself, the Evangelions are not lifeless machines. They're living creatures, and quite possibly sentient ones at that.
... and sorry for the audio being off, couldn't find a video of it I really liked. Tried to pick a dubbed version for convinience, but that's the best I could find (without spending too much time).
The Rebuild films took a decidedly different route with this battle; and while the reveal isn't anywhere near as powerful, the animation for the battle is quite impressive.
I don't get why people were so shocked about Legend of Korra's scene. It isn't the first time that Cartoon Network has let shows with broader audience demographics get away with these scenes.
I had something else to say, but yea this one topped mine, I can't believe I forgot that scene, so kudos to you while I go back to the drawing board to think of something else
Edit: Ok, well this isn't my favorite animated scene of all time, but this is my favorite moment of the absolute annihilation of an enemy
How do you kill a horrible monster that can fully regenerate as many times as the number of souls used to create it? You kill it with fire! Over and over! My favorite villain death that I can think of at the moment, the ***** needed to die and it was oh so satisfying
Edit #2: Ok someone posted one way better than mine in the thread, so I'll put it here to avoid quotes
How do you kill a horrible monster that can fully regenerate as many times as the number of souls used to create it and was made with far more souls than Lust? KILL IT WITH MORE FIRE!!!
This guy deserved a far harsher death than Lusts, and by god did he get it. I love how Mustang doesn't bother with Envys attempted monologue bullcrap, he wants him dead, and he's gonna make him dead.
