I can't say I enjoy the scene, because you don't just ENJOY this, but it's one of the most powerful scenes I have ever seen.
The others, of course, being from the very same album.
TEAR DOWN THAT FUCKING WALL!

Really, if you haven't seen it yet, go get tickets to Roger Water's tour of The Wall. It has the animated bits with live music, and they're even more intense. What shall we do Now? portion with the dueling flowers is downright terrifying with the stadium blasting sound.

And of course, Waiting for the Worms.

Of course, I would be loath to post in one of these threads without bringing up this gem.

The fight between Justin and Jenner in The Secret of NIMH.
Besides the nostalgia that it invokes in me, it's just a really well-crafted scene. It's oddly brutal and realistic for something that involves cartoon rodents, and I'd even consider it my favourite sword-fighting scene in any movie, animated or not.

I wish man, I wish. He won't come to my country, due to him despising it and all.
The only thing that gets me worried about Roger's tour is that it seems to me that he made it a bit too political - I always saw The Wall as a personal album, not a protest against governments.
It still retains the sad story of Pink, but it also adds onto the anti-war message. The story of the man building up a wall around himself to shut out the outside world still exists, but I loved the extra meaning Waters added to the show.

What country do you live in that Waters hates?

Most scenes with Kid Goku in them. (Not GT though)

Most Yugioh/DBZ abridged scenes

Goku's first SSJ transformation

Ultimate Gohan showing up to fight Buu (Even though the saga as a whole sucks.)

Lee vs Gaara fight.

Luffy vs Lucci fight.

I find it hard to pick a scene, so for now I'll just say the episode 'Endgame' from Legend of Korra.

Capatcha: blinded by science
in this case, not really.

Tough call, I got so many... so I'll just name a few:

Avatar: The Last Airbender - Aang going full Avatar State in the series finale

The Boondocks -The climax of "The Red Ball". That is all.

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic - The Mane Six unleashing the Elements of Harmony. 'Nuff said.

Justice League: Unlimited - it's a tie between the Flash taking down Lex Luthor and Superman beating down Darkseid.

First is a spoiler for season 1 of Code Geass. I just love this part, a determination to do wahtevers needed to get the job done.

Second is from Animaniacs, Yakko's universe. Always remembered this song through my childhood right up until today.

What I love about that scene is that it's not an artful duel but a desperate struggle for survival. Plus, The Secret of NIMH is my favourite animated movie, so every scene is great as far as I'm concerned.

Any of the moments from this episode. They really picked the perfect voice actor for such a character.
In fact, nearly half of the moments in this ENTIRE SERIES are favorites of mine. Courage the Cowardly Dog had such a powerful way of delivering pure nightmare fuel to children, and they managed to get away with it for 4 long seasons too. I think it's more than partly responsible for horror being my favorite genre.
It also had a good occasional dose of mentally scarring psychological terror (See Below)

RUNNER UP:
I never saw this on TV, but I really like it. Not only because I love that song, but because the visual style is so surreal, especially for an old cartoon.
And the fact that the long-legged thing is actually voiced by Cab Calloway helps.
I was just about to post Freaky Fred, but you beat me to it! Honestly, Courage the Cowardly Dog is one of those shows that becomes more and more disturbing as you get older and look back at it.

A scene(s) from a certain episode of Beast Wars called Code of the Hero. (kind cheating since it's really not a single scene)

<spoiler=Vid title is a big spoiler fyi><youtube=4DQblCuUZWw>
I agree with the description too:
"There are two possibilities: either this is one of the most touching, powerful and heroic scenes ever depicted in Transformers; or you're dead inside and a terrible person."
cheating my ass .... Dinobot was a boss :( though, that ep always makes me cry when he dies, and i remember when it aired on TV

THAT is amazing, thank you for bringing that phenomenal piece of work into my life...

OT: Probably... hm. Perhaps the scene in Azumanga Daioh in which Norio Wakamoto expresses his wish that he were a bird. Or in his words 'OAI WEESH OAI WEH A BUUDO'. It's just amazing.

Glad you liked it... Just wanted to say that FOX is turning it into a live action movie and the guy who made the short is directing and handling the transformation so... Yeah...

Ah, this thread. Okay, lets see if my favorite has been posted... hmm, OP posted it. Maybe second (Flash)? Nope, already page 1. Maybe Supermans speech to Darkseid? Nope.

Well, then the one Avatar fight that hasn't been posted yet which was disturbing and tense at the same time:

The perspective, the timing, the few spoken lines, the colours used, the animation quality of the moves themselfes... No, no scene from any anime / cartoon can top this. They have yet to display the amount of unrealism in such a realistic way.

This little fight shows the development Zuko went through, the mental state of Azula and how she thought of everyone else in terms of power.

"I'm sorry it has to end this way, brother!" "No, you're not."
That moment with Azula at the end is just fantastic, but then, every Azula moment in Sozin's Comet is fantastic.
