OT: Anal sex. This is a weird one because anal sex in porn is practically mainstream, but I actually can't deal with it in real life.

Everything else - BDSM, dickgirls, fisting, overweight ladies, I can understand that. But anal sex? You're going to put your dick in that? That's the poo-poo place. There's poo in there. Actual poo. I don't understand it. Would you pick up poo with your hands and give it a tender loving caress? No, because it's poo, so stop putting your dick in the poo zone.

Now...I dunno about you guys, but how is that in ANY WAY sexual? It'd just be painful. You could have the argument that they are into that sort of thing, but...still.
I can't speak for all ladies (because I am, obviously, a man) but two of the three girls I've ever dated came like banshees when I bit their necks, and I'm not even very good at sexing (4/10 at best)

The trick is to not do it so hard that it's painful. It's like spanking; for some people it's like an orgasm button when done properly, and other people will just never ever get into it.

When you think about it, watching a dickgirl screw a regular girl is only slightly different to watching a girl with a strap-on screw a regular girl.

So if you've ever gotten off on watching a girl get banged by a strap-on, congratulations! You secretly love dicks.

seriously, who cares what someone's into. as long as it's not harming anyone irl (including the person in question) then who the fuck cares. you may as well question people for their preference in gender.

(pedophilia being the exception of course, i had to learn this the hard way by dealing with one *blegh*)

While I agree with Inflation, Scat, Gore, Overweight and Analfisting, I find it weird that so many don't understand the distinction between BDSM & S&M.

BDSM is the general area that works with dominant sexual behaviour and can be categorized as following:

Bondage (B)
Bondange & Dominance (BD)
Sadism and Masochism (S&M)

I have no problem with bondage or dominance - I understand it, and practice it myself with the right sexual partners I might encounter. However, I am not a fan of sadism or masochism, as I don't feel any arousal or attraction to pain or hurtful behaviour in general.

But all the scenes people have seen with people getting strapped to crosses and almost whipped to the brink of fainting would be S&M, not bondage and dominance (although these are often a part of it). I've met a few people who liked S&M, but I've met a LOT of (especially guys) who like Bondage in both an passive and active role, so so many people "not understanding it" actually surprises me a bit. Can't help but wonder if people actually feel like it or doesn't make the right distinction between hardcore (and painful) S&M and light bondage involving maybe just a pair of handcuffs.

I can respect peoples fetishes, but do not understand most of them. Maybe I am too boring. Maybe I have other things to do in life and have no time to go exploring the corners of my sexual curiosity.

Fire porn. It's like, there's a bunch of stuff on fire and I'm supposed to think, "oh gee, this scene sure is hot," but I just end up worrying that the fire will spread to the rest of the house or something. I can't imagine it's very fun for the porn stars either, they usually have red, watery eyes and seem to have a hard time breathing while they perform.

I just don't know who the hell can possibly get off to this brand of lewd combustion. And I hate when they try to have a plot. Like some lady's couch is on fire and a fireman shows up. Instead of actually putting out the fire, they share a couple weak ass lines about the heat and couple in front of the raging erotic bonfire.

It's pretty sick.
i wonder how many fell for this and thought you where serous, them missing your point, assuming there is one and you aren't being random.

if you are being random them nether of our post mater and should be ignored.

but if you where making an agreement for or against the position that most people in this thread are holding (of not liking, understanding, and/or accepting most fetishism that's not too taboo in the first place), then could you say which one you side with? where do you stand because based on your post i'm interested to hear it

While I'm not into receiving or inflicting pain I can understand it. There's a lot of strong sensations, trust and emotions in that.

Bodily wastes of any kind doesn't appeal to me and I don't understand where the appeal for it is. Frankly I find it disgusting.

Feet doesn't stir any kind of interest at all. In a way I have less understanding for this than fetishes for bodily wastes. I just don't feel anything for them, I'm glad I have them for standing purposes.

Maybe they strap boobs to a male body? :p

None, really. Some people like different stuff than me - big deal. I might not like them, but I can understand them - people are just weird - that's understanding enough for me. Except for this user [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/profiles/view/] - I know your fetish and I find you a repulsive, disgusting human being.
Aww.

You do? Wasn't aware I had one.

Anything artificial. No, I don't mean robots (but that's part of it). I am talking about specific attractions to things like latex, leather, pool toys, specific outfits, etc. I will never understand this, to me sex is about being as organic as possible, because sex IS about being as organic as possible. While I may not share in the more unusual fetishes like vore/gore/fatties/furries/etc., I can at least understand them to an extent, because they are living things (or the idea of something living) someone is fapping to.

OP, I am into biting as like a vampire thing but just biting someone for no reason doesn't do it for me. Though the vampire bit may be more about the bites supposedly enthralling the victim rather then just biting them.

I don't understand any clothing or bodily fluid (Aside from the obvious fluid) fetishes. Sure some clothing can look good but its like covering the bad parts of a painting. It doesn't do anything for me at all.

Those fursuits you see us wearing? 99% of us don't have sex in them. Usually 'cause it's hot and sweaty, but mostly because it would ruin the costume. WE just Roleplay.
I imagine also because it must ruin a lot of sex; trying to do it while basically covered in layers and layers of material. It just seems like robbing yourself of physical stimulation to satisfy a mental one. Not a good trade off in my opinion, I am far too tactile a person to understand c_c

Maybe I should add to the list properly myself.

Gore/Necrophilia - People enjoy a response, right? So why screw a corpse. It'd be the same as masturbating, only your also doing the horrible and illegal act of defiling a corpse. As for gore, if the person is in pain or near death, usually the response should be, "Oh crap, they need medical attention" not, "I wanna f**k that"

Any bodily fluids - Everyone has already made a comment regarding this, so I don't really need to mention it. However, even though the 'predominant' fluid in sex is ok, I can't stand swallowing...just gross.

Pedophilia - Do I even need to go into detail as to why it's wrong?

Monsters - I've seen this in hentai, and I don't really get it at all. Why screw something other-worldly? I guess you could say that it's more imaginative, but it's still weird. Only exception might be tentacles. I can see why they are popular.

Man, I was just going to say something like pee/poop, but then I remembered just how many weird things people will get off to... So I'm pretty much going to have to say "a lot of them".

My friend's brother is into it... The only reason I know this is because he told me about his sexual activity from a previous night while I was eating breakfast... I'm scarred for life.
Nice and calm morning eating breakfast and suddenly he just rolls out all details about it? Poor you D:

Fisting, not because it's any worse than any other fetish but because I don't even know how you go about suggesting something like that in the bedroom. Where the hell did it begin? Did some alzheimer's-riddled ventriloquist take a woman to bed and get confused during the act?

We'll never know.

Please dont warn me for this I am not discriminating just responding to the question
Masochism and Dick women.

Masochism is strange and scary to me because pain is obviously the opposite to pleasure. Being punched in the face hurts why would you want that to happen whilst having sex? Being cut anywhere on your body also hurts and can maybe get infected, so why do you masochists like this weird shit?

Dick girls make me feel ill I don't get the appeal. Have you ever even seen a dick people? they dont look that great. 90% of the girls I talk to also aren't huge fans, they prefer the rest of the male body. What do men want from a dick woman? do they want to suck the dick? do they want to get ridden? The whole thing is making me want to hurl. It also just seems a bit gay.

Foot fetishism, because I find feet one of the most disgusting body parts, and they can fucking smell at times. Same goes for anything to do with waste bodily fluids, like piss and shit. That?s just gotta be helluva unhygienic. Also, trying to piss with an erection is just?horrible. Guys that have experience with unyielding ?morning wood? should know what I?m talking about. Urgh.

Also, inflation fetishism. There?s a limit to how large a woman?s breasts can go before it starts looking less like breasts and more like fucking beach-balls.

BBWs, or even worse, BBMs. I don?t mind a girl with a bit of weight, but if they?re genuinely obese, they just lose all that sex appeal and become about as attractive as a whale, or a teddy bear, or dough.

Vore. I read Tokyo Akazukin. It wasn?t as shocking as I expected, but?I didn?t really find it arousing. I mean, sometimes, it can look quite artistically meritorious, but?sexy? No, not really.

Fisting. Whenever I watch it, it just looks more painful than attractive.

?Rainbow kiss?. It?s basically blood coming out of a woman?s vagina, coupled with cramps. Keep that shit away from me. I?m scared enough about when I have sex for the first time, and the woman in question?s hymen might bleed out onto the duvet.

Tentacle erotica. I get that it's meant to be a substitute for penises in a time where they all had to be censored or something, but...it's still another species. It's still an octopus, or a squid, or whatever, having sex with a human. A little anecdote, though: I do have a friend in real-life that masturbated to 2 Girls 1 Octopus.

Smegma, or ?knob cheese?. It?s meant to be cleaned, and once again, it?s unhygienic.

Circumcision fetishism. 1) The only acceptable reason for circumcision is health, and 2) foreskin removal is painful as fuck.

Necrophilia. Even sleep-fucking is better than this. I mean, a dead body will eventually get decomposed, and their genitalia would get all musky and shit.

Bestiality. I know that we humans don?t always give animals the same rights that we do, but it?s never out of an ulterior motive to bone ?the horse next door? in the ass. Just type in ?Mr. Hands? on Google, but for the love of God, do not click on any videos. Of course, unless you?re into ?death by horsecock? porn.

Paedophilia. ?Nuff said.

That being said, as long as you?re not actually going out and raping people, or watching real child porn, then I won?t judge, since I?m quite the pervert myself. But if you?re going out with me and want me to piss in your mouth, don?t expect me to agree.

Personally, as someone with a ?dickgirl? fetish, I just think they're the best of both worlds. Although I do admit that I'm not 100% heterosexual. I'm probably a bit bicurious too, but I'm pretty sexually inexperienced.

I guess what I?m trying to say is?I?m mostly attracted to femininity, but only incidentally am I attracted to masculinity. As in, if I found a dude that looked pretty and feminine enough for me to find him sexually attractive, I wouldn?t care what he?s got between his legs. Same goes for if I find a sexy female bodybuilder.

And with transvestites and transsexuals, you also get the bonus of there being 0% chance of pregnancy.

But those aren?t the only fetishes I have. I barely understand my own. Some things turn me on, and I can?t help that. Even things that I never thought would turn me on have done; things that I?ve been turned off by in the past. I guess that?s the wonder of puberty and sexual exploration. ;)

One non-wierd thing I don't personally "get"; The prescence of a man's penis in porn meant for straight men. Personally, it puts me off. I suppose the purpose is that the viewer is supposed to put themselves in that person's shoes, but...that's not me. I know that's not me. I have an imagination, I could put myself in a situation with that particular girl, the other person there just adds one thing I need to take out of that imagining.
I just focus on the woman and ignore the man. Since I'm attracted to "dickgirls", penises don't really put me off.

I don't really `get` any of them.
Doesn't mean I look down on them, but I don't really understand the attraction.

One thing I will never get is people who are waaay too open about their fetishes.
Maybe I'm a prude but I really don't need to know what you do with your sexytimes.

As discussed by some posters on the 2nd page, there's a big difference between "I do not have this fetish" and "I do not understand this fetish". I may not have a fetish for "dickgirls", to pick a popular example from this thread, but it's not really that hard to understand, now, is it? Same with most of the scatological/humiliation based fetishes, which would seem to be different expressions of power exchange.

But saying "I understand most fetishes" isn't really in the spirit of the thread, so I must be honest and say there is definitely at least one fetish I do NOT understand. And that's this one.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balloon_fetish

Like many paraphilias, the origins of a balloon fetish are complex and vary between individuals, but may be explained as a form of sexual imprinting. Many "looners" attribute their fetish to early sexual or pre-sexual experiences with balloons, often involving their being burst by members of the desirable sex[6]. These experiences frequently accompany or instigate a phobia of balloons in the individual, most often associated with the sudden loud noise when they burst, a form of ligyrophobia.

Depending on the extent to which this phobia persists through and after puberty, balloon fetishists may regard balloons bursting as either essential to the sexual experience (and frequently refer to themselves as poppers), or to be avoided at all costs (as non-poppers). Even those who are not phobic of the act of a balloon popping may prefer not to pop due to an anthropomorphized emotional attachment to the balloon. One hallmark of the distinction between poppers and non-poppers may be in seeing balloons' bursting either as a metaphor for orgasm, or as a metaphor for death.[citation needed]

That popping balloons is central to several popular party games suggests that enjoyment of the act, the challenge, and the anticipation of popping is not confined to fetishists. However, for fetishists the adrenaline rush associated with the "danger" that a balloon will pop produces a sexual response. This helps to explain why even non-poppers who have an intense phobia of balloons popping in non-sexual contexts may be aroused by the possibility within safe sexual contexts. It may even suggest that balloon fetish, for poppers and non-poppers alike, is part of the BDSM spectrum of fetishes in which a controlled amount of danger is used to elicit a pleasurable fight-or-flight response in participants.
Seriously. Even after having Wikipedia explain it to me I don't understand it. Possibly it is a sad statement on the way I view the world that people shitting on one another for the purposes of sexual arousal seems perfectly explicable (if profoundly disgusting), but people popping balloons seems pants on head crazy. Perhaps there is a 'popper' in this very thread, reading this comment and feeling ashamed of their peculiar fetish. My friend, I do not judge you. I just do not understand you. Pop away.
