I'm done. My final match was what last year's came down to in the official one. I have a feeling Valve will win again, but GO BIOWARE!!!
Some of these choices were really hard but I want to thank you and Alienware for finally making a contest that those of us outside of the US can enter.Spinwhiz said:Fill Out Your March Mayhem: Developers' Showdown Bracket Today

March Mayhem: Developers' Showdown is back, so fill out your bracket for a chance at one of multiple gaming laptops thanks to our sponsor, Alienware!
March Mayhem: Developers' Showdown is an exclusive event on The Escapist where the top 64 game developers go head-to-head in an elimination style tournament to see who comes out on top. Who makes the call on which developers make it to the next round? People like you from around the world! Developers will be relying on your votes to progress through the tournament and take home the March Mayhem title. Last year, the Final Round brought Valve a victory over a very difficult match-up against BioWare. From upsets to blowouts, nobody knows what will happen this year, but we guarantee it will be fun to watch and participate!
This year, Alienware is our sponsor and they are giving out some amazing gaming laptops as prizes! There are multiple ways to enter but you get 25 entries just for filling out your own bracket. You are welcome! We wanted to make sure an international event had international prizes and Alienware was all about it. We are also giving prizes out to the development studios who come in 1st through 4th as well. Those are directly through The Escapist though (free ad campaigns).Harbinger_ said:Some of these choices were really hard but I want to thank you and Alienware for finally making a contest that those of us outside of the US can enter.Spinwhiz said:Fill Out Your March Mayhem: Developers' Showdown Bracket Today

As I've said, our mods are masochists. This is going to be tough to watch.blue spartan 11 said:Unfair? There is Zynga against cryptic! How is that more fair? Noooo!), this is a good selection you've got here. Bracket = filled.
I see Zynga is here again. You guys are masochistic.
I did the same thing myself good sir. I really don't care as long as those two or someone else wins. Maybe I'll finally be right for once in this contest!J03bot said:Hmm... Completely by accident I ended up with Bioware vs. Valve at the end. Again. Time for an upset, people?
Funny how quickly people forget that Valve put an advert for last years MM in the Steam launcher bringing in "2-post members who were never heard from again after voting for Valve".ObsessiveSketch said:<a href=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.183058-March-Mayhem-Turbine-Zynga-and-Valve-and-an-ethical-question>The ethical question on devs asking their customers to vote for them. Zynga promised in-game benefits, and flooded the Escapist forums with 2-post facebook members who were never heard from again after voting for Zynga.
JUST SAYIN'
True! But this was after Valve supporters ran helter skelter to all corners of the internet for support (I still remember the mind-rape that occurred when someone suggested we invite everyone's favorite "personal army"). Someone inevitably mentioned it in the Steam forums, and lobbied hard enough to get someone at Valve to mention it (once) in the Steam launcher.TechNoFear said:Funny how quickly people forget that Valve put an advert for last years MM in the Steam launcher bringing in "2-post members who were never heard from again after voting for Valve".
