So it seems that Russia has either steamrolled Belarus and Poland to get to Germany, they just let Russia move trough there territory, they are helping Russia or Russia just invade Germany them trough the sea.

What a good time to sell all our tanks.

It was a decent trailer but it didn't show anything to get excite over except for it being the next modern warfare.
Still, gotta wait to see what happens with it. I'm not that interrested though...

So is this the last game? Cause wtf do you do after a World war 3 game, like Einstein said, I know not with what weapons WW3 will be fought, but WW4 will be fought with sticks and stones. In MW4 they're gonna have to explode earth or something.

Or just have you fight with sticks and stones. That would make for an interesting game.

OT: I quite like MW1 and MW2. I'll definitely check this out when it's released.

I was one of those people who seem to be in the minority who liked MW2
sure it had very little plot substance but i enjoyed playing it
and at the end of the day thats what matters to me
So long as MW3 differs enough in setting, weaponry and set piece-ery then i'm looking forward to it

The America trailer says:
"Destroy enemy hope of winning."


The British trailer says:
"Two, use everything to your advantage."

The France one says:
"Three, use the weakness of your enemy."

The Germany trailer says:
"Four, attack from an unexpected direction."

So, a list of how to fight a war effectively? Maybe a Russian campaign?

First of all, i believe those lines are paraphrasing from The Art of War(Sun Tzu). I may be wrong, though.

Second, is it me, or does that Russian voice sound like Makarov?

single player in modern warfare isnt bad but the multiplayer is awful so I think I will rent this one for the single player

I think you may be right. I have read the Art of War, but it was many years ago. But it would make sense.

I hope in the game the french voice acting will be done by, you know, French people and not Americans who speak (granted, a fairly acceptable) French.

Can anybody from Germany indicate if you can tell in the German trailer that the voice actors are not native speakers?

German here.

I was actually surprised about how clear and well spoken the german language sounded.

Only that it is still stupid as German Soldiers figthing or at least communicating with international forces would use english for that.

But we are talking PR made clips using the Hammer Method here so whatever. ^-^

Ahm, that would be a bad idea as Germany has only a relatively small coast in relation to the Rest of its Borders.
