Has Fox decided to pick on RapeLay yet? Seems like it would he right up their alley, even though it can't legally be sold outside Japan, so their entire story would be invalid.
Why would facts stop them? GTA can't legally be sold to minors, but it's turning toddlers into Freddie Kruger in FOX's ideal world.
Ha ha. Indeed. I remember a report they did on Halo 3, while "playing" it on a PS3.

You guys seem to neglect that you can't link someone's opinion to the whole station itself. This man was given a segment to present his view and reasons why he holds it. If anything it seems like you guys are the ones that are blindly hating on a news channel. You can't let hatred negate people's arguments or else you'll just be close minded.

Hypothetically, just because I said "I hate white people" doesn't mean that every US citizen does.

Stop linking the views presented by individuals in a television show with the entire station.

And it's a Sunday morning show for heaven's sake. There's no good news on any of those kinds of shows.
Disclaimer: I am not a US citizen nor do I live in the US.

Your argument would be fine if it was just one commenter or reporter. The problem is these segments keep cropping up and it's not the same people. This means that either the hiring process at FOX has some bizarre skew and people with the same ideas keep getting the jobs or there is some editorial pressure higher up telling a lot of their reporters to create these bafflingly close-minded "news" reports. Either way, there is recurring problem along the different shows at FOX News to put out unfounded, ill-informed and sometimes downright false material in the public's eye.

Fox news makes it seem, to the eyes of a non-US citizen, that the US is officially without any real problems worth discussing.
I totally agree with this. ^

I think Fox News not only embarrass american people, they embarrass journalism itself.

Waaaaaaaait a minute. So, according to Fox News, video games are either:

a) full of graphic sex and violence, and must therefore be kept away from children or;
b) full of eeeeeevil left-wing propaganda, and must therefore be kept away from children.

Huh-wha-zuh? I'm now convinced that it's impossible to make a video game that these fucknuggets won't find objectionable.

Jim Sterling pointed out that it's better to be a dick when defending games in one of his videos.
In that respect... Fuck you TJ McCormack, who ever the fuck you are. Oh and also, fuck you Fox News, but that's just being repetitive.

I'm tremendously surprised they didn't point to Bioshock, considering the entire game is taking the piss out of Rand who is the conservatives favorite philosopher(I use that term loosely).

What's wrong with "exposing children to the Liberal agenda?" America is a great country due to the Liberal agenda of equality and and fixing the failures of the free market.

"scare tactics, the guilt involved..." ehm sorry what?
"nuclear power is the safest form of energy out there" ehm did you miss Fukushima (or whats the name, and yea a gigantic earthquake and tsunami but still..)
"the parents does not know whats in these games" i.e. bad parents? look it up before you give it to the kid...
"slaughter is int the first page of McDonald's the game..." really is "slaughter" a new dangerous word?
(sorry for no literal quotes, I laugh to hard when I hear them...)

who the F**** would build a game like Sims or fate of the world on anything else than don't over use junk and throw it away i.e. DON'T LITTER THE PLANET. just because you throw it in a bin does not mean it some magical way is going to disappear and not cause any more problems... And renewable energy <- yes RENEWABLE what is so hard in those words?

"Liberal agenda" my butt! Well anyone trusting Fox news for actual trustworthy news sure is having a funny look on the world

This brings to mind a certain penny-arcade strip. Oh Fox News, you're almost too easy to make fun of.

Fox and Friends? Your judging a news network based on a sunday morning cable version of talk radio, which is quite separate from actual news. That's like me judging the reporting of ABC by watching This Week or MSNBC by Meet the Press. I'm really getting sick of all these stories condemning a perfectly good and reasonable news channel, simply because they host opinion shows that talk about stuff you disagree with. Was this a stupid argument? You betcha. That's why it's called a talk show. People come on and TALK their OPINIONS, regardless of how shallow and uninformed they are.

Fox News: single-handedly justifying my failure to subscribe to cable.

I'd love to hear their explanation of how solar and wind power are less clean than nuclear. Yes, there's a certain level of unwarranted fear surrounding nuclear power, and no, wind and solar aren't without their costs, particularly to the spaces they must occupy to generate electricity. But nuclear waste isn't exactly something you can trivialize.

I've stopped getting mad at Fox News for bashing on video games for the supposed implicit corruption they bring. It's like getting mad at a dog for barking, it's what they do.

I'm still peeved they said it was impossible for these games to be considered "fun". Not your call dipshits. There do exist people with tastes different from your own you narcissistic pricks.

Wow... Really?
I've usually been able to watch what Faux had to say before I tore them to shreds, but this level of stupidity is a bit much.

When we all have to pile into generation ships because the earth is an alkaline sinkhole, I'm going to track down Rupert Murdoch's head and throw it out an airlock. Fucker would probably chew his way back in anyway, so I'll aim for the sun.

Do conservatives really think the environment is a bottomless well you can keep pissing in without your water tasting a little funny? I could forgive the attitude a few decades ago, but there are too many legitimate scientific studies for it to all be part of a massive liberal agenda. Unless they want to say that science has a liberal bias, like creationists do, because that pretty much sinks your argument right there.

Running With Scissors should make a game called the Abortionator just so FAUX pays attention to that instead.

Funny thing is, my landlord has FAUX news on all the time, and it doesn't bother me. I just tune it out completely. My brain treats it the same way it would advertising.
