Are you trying to hide the fact that you have the LoZ music set to automatically play when you enter your house and that you have clay pots with money inside that you smash?Thunderhorse said:Wow! Reminds me of home. Erm, Links home.
You where wrong, this wasn't on the escapist, what are you talking about?Gerazzi said:Or better yet, be forced to by your grandmother.5stringedbandit said:Makes me want to run around a Forrest in skimpy tights and a skirt.

I saw this on the news and I thought to myself "that's something that might end up on the Escapist."
Looks like I was right.
Hooray!

It's for real. It's on their website - link is in the article.Erana said:Is this for real? Like, someone in the Escapist staff saw this?
It's very unlikely to fall under fair use. Fox News is a corporate for-profit production, and it's not using the audio for commentary/educational purposes related to the subject/origin. Without a good reason why it's the copyrighted Zelda music (over something else, or something licensed) it would be pretty much impossible to argue fair use.Baby Tea said:That's not illegal, is it?
I'm pretty sure that's covered under 'fair use', since they aren't using it for commercial advertising.
Also, since it's a journalistic publication it doesn't qualify for the awesome "parody and satirical use" loophole.Virgil said:It's very unlikely to fall under fair use. Fair use, as it is currently defined, has a fairly narrow scope.
