When they report a murder do they play Ganondorf's theme?
No, that's when they show footage of Obama. It is FOX News, after all.

And I laughed pretty good for that. The story was fairly interesting, too.

How weird. Must have been disconcerting to see that..

The whole thing seems a bit..Ricki Lake to me.
Is this normal for American news broadcasts?

I rofled very hard when I saw this. But I noticed a couple people saying stuff like "Though I will say fox news is still pretty left wing." This is a ridiculous statement considering that faux news is completely made up of right wing bigit nutjobs. Whenever there's a republican sex scandal they replace the R with a D enough said. I feel that most of you are smart enough to understand this already this is aimed purely at the people who say fox news is a legitemate station.
Huh I seem to recall them blasting Sanford and Palin recently.

Also Faux isn't pronounced even remotely close to Fox. And do we even need to delve into MSNBC CNBC and such. DO you even remember some anchor lady saying she gets tingly feelings when obama speaks... Yeah I'm sure they don't have a side...

...The fuck? That's really odd. And quite possibly not allowed.

I was watching this video and about a minute into it I was just thinking "get to the po..."

AND INSTANTLY I was sitting up straight thinking someone turned on my N64 or something.

...

This is the first and only time I have ever felt compelled to watch Fox News. I feel dirty.

PR? Just someone using music for the video without the journos giving a shit about it?
This kind of investigative "journalism" often involves such mixes of music. The real news is perhaps that it's from a video game. That's... I don't know... perhaps a good sign?

Seriously, the only thing funnier than this was when the Legend of Zelda Overworld theme was played during a Sony press conference. I'm not exactly sure which press conference it was, so if someone could post a link to it, that'd be nice.

Are you trying to hide the fact that you have the LoZ music set to automatically play when you enter your house and that you have clay pots with money inside that you smash?

This was hilarious, thanks for sharing the clip. Normally, I wouldn't even be aware of this because FOX News is a pile of zuchini poo.
Dude, I would hide that from nobody. haha.

Did they think that no one would recognise it?

It's a really bad move to take music from a video game (strike that - a video game FRANCHISE) that has has really, REALLY, die-hard fans who could recognise it in a heartbeat.

Smart move. *headdesks*

What we need now is a video of someone watching this broadcast, hearing the music, and spontaniously running outside and start smashing pots.

Strange, strange indeed. I have no doubts that that music is copyright-protected, and I bet FOX2 didn't pay for the rights when there's so much cheaper stock-music to use. Not sure if it means the editor or the reporter is responsible, since they usually work in tandem on these stories... heh, maybe there'll be a bright-side and they'll have an opening soon for a video editor? I need a job and I'm just 10 miles away from their studio. :p
