So fascism is not having a plane turn around, really? The planes were out of the country already.
Is fascism not recalling a plane carrying people, people you've been ordered not to deport by a judge, to a second country where they'll be imprisoned under conditions that violate their human rights, thus violating the separation of powers in a search for increased executive power?

I'm going to say that yeah, that's pretty fascistic. And you may or may not be surprised as to what opinion I hold of people who support or defend such actions.

So Trump and the government have continued deporting people that the court order halts deportation of? Because if this is all you got (a plane not being turned around that was already out of the country), this isn't fascism...

What exactly counts as banned in your vocabulary?

Yeah, which is why he has no business deciding what the government should be cutting.

The Muslim ban, demonizing of immigrants, cozying up to dictators, censoring of history, stripping marginalized groups of civil rights, accusing everybody who criticizes him of being corrupt.

I'm just going to go with a dictionary here and elaborate point by point for the illeterates among us.

often Fascism: a populist political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual, that is associated with a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, and that is characterized by severe economic and social regimentation and by forcible suppression of opposition

a populist political philosophy, movement, or regime
This will obviously require another quote, so here you go:
a political philosophy or movement that represents or is claimed to represent the interests of ordinary people especially against the Establishment
(same dictionary)

Quite literally the maga movement and the "drain the swamp"-narrative, and add to that the fact that Trump constantly paints Democrats or opposition as being establishment.

that exalts nation and often race above the individual
Trump happily villifying immigrants and constantly referring to american greatness, despite his policies harming most of his constituents.

that is associated with a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader

Now this is where the entire deportation thing comes into play, for you see; the US is founded on a concept known as the separation of power, ie. legislature, executive, and judiciary. This was done to assure that no one branch would accumulate too much power or be able to ignore one, or both, of the remaining powers, as such a situation would essentially be the US turning into an autocracy.

In addition to the entire deporation debacle Donald Trump is issuing a staggering number of executive orders, and doing things by executive order that is largely considered outside the limits of the power wielded by the executive.

Additionally there are matters such as DOGE and Trump's poorly disguised threats towards media companies (violating the first ammendment).

characterized by severe economic and social regimentation
Trump favours the billionaires and wealthy, more of them in his cabinet and social circle than any previous president and recently it was even suggested that attacks on the private property of one billionaire could be considered domestic terrorism.

forcible suppression of opposition
Guess who might be on the next set of planes that will, conveniently leave just before the order comes down from the judges?

'Don't do the shots,' say parents of West Texas child who died of measles

The parents of a West Texas child who died from complications of measles spoke out against vaccination, saying they believe measles can improve immunity and prevent cancer.

The Texas Department of State Health Services confirmed the following day that the girl, who was unvaccinated, had died from complications of the highly contagious virus. Her father said she died of pneumonia, which the CDC lists as the leading cause of death for children who contract measles.

Her death is the first in an ongoing outbreak in West Texas, which as of a Tuesday has grown to 279 cases with 36 hospitalizations. The girl belonged to a Seminole, Texas, community of Christian Mennonites, who have been hit particularly hard by the outbreak.

Pen America uses the word 'ban' "in a way that no other person I think in the history of the universe has ever used it." Ban doesn't actually equal ban.
@~2:00

Why? I don't care what someone posts on social media, I care if they can actually do their job.

What immigrants has Trump demonized that Obama didn't? How has Trump cozied up to dictators? What history has Trump censored? What rights has any group lost? The other side keeps criticizing Trump as being corrupt yet has no proof of his corruptness, a NY DA even campaigned specifically saying should would go after Trump and then made up a new way to get a felony conviction that has never been done in the history of law.

You don't hold the democrats to any of these standards. The democrats say they are against the "establishment" all the time but they really aren't, they also very much favor the wealthy and billionaires. What Tim Walz said about the first amendment would essentially make current news networks illegal as well. Obama said the same exact fucking thing about immigrants. Also, since the plane incident that could or could not be overreach of power, has Trump and the executive branch continued deporting people the order says they shouldn't? Are you upset that aren't using the term "domestic terrorism" to the exact definition? Because ya'll not using fascism to the exact definition either. I don't see ya'll calling FDR a dictator and fascist when he was far far more that than Trump is.
