They why wasn't he found guilty? The Biden administration specifically target individuals that oppose their party.
You're not answering the question. This is irrelevant.

He was charged with something for which there was some evidence. He was released after 1 night. How is that worse than detaining for someone for 2 weeks without charge?

I'm guessing there would be a story on those guys if ICE just detained some random legal citizens/migrants, especially because the story was on the media's radar already.
Yes, you do a lot of guessing, don't you?

YOU replied to a response I made to Kwak where I said "people online acting like they are living in a fascist regime and fighting fascism is fucking hilarious" and then pushed back against what I said. I never implied you in that post obviously, then you come in and have issue with what I said, then aren't I to assume you are part of that camp that is calling Trump fascist/dictatorial? Why even reply if you are not part of that camp?
Because your endless downplaying of political repression is objectionable, regardless of my choice of descriptive terminology (or Kwak's).

"This is no where near fascism, stop exaggerating guys!".
FUCK. YOU.

On Monday, Donald Trump’s Department of Justice made two arguments in two different courts that, taken together, amount to a legal claim of near-dictatorial power by Trump. First, it informed a federal appeals court that the president has authority to declare any noncitizens to be “alien enemies” and to deport them to foreign prison, where they will be forced to perform hard labor indefinitely—without notice, a hearing, or any meaningful opportunity to prove their innocence. Second, it refused to provide U.S. District Judge James Boasberg with details of these mass deportation operations, even in a closed courtroom, even under seal, insisting that Boasberg’s authority must yield to the “mandate of the electorate.” In other words, Trump’s electoral victory grants him an absolute right to conduct these deportations, rendering them unreviewable by the judiciary.

In a move that might shock some single-celled organisms at the bottom of the ocean (provided that they only watch Fox News), the White House is now blaming "Signalgate" on a "coordinated" campaign between the media and Democrats, meant to "sow chaos".

That's the Republican playbook in a nutshell: Never, ever take responsibility for bad things you did; it's always the fault of your enemies.

Everyone is on the same spectrum and thus all sit on the spectrum on the extreme end that sits Adolf and the extreme left as well.

Are you saying the left doesn't run demagogues as well? Because they very much do. And Trump isn't anti-democratic. The people that removed people from ballots were not Trump or the republicans.
That's kind of a weird statement about a candidate who from the very beginning admitted he would only consider elections legitimate if he wins them, and who put this stance into action when he indeed didn't win the election.

Ambulatory brain tumor Marjorie Taylor Greene asked a Sky reporter "why don't you go back to your country" when asked about Signalgate.

She then demanded questions from an American reporter, and the one who responded simply replied "I'd like to hear your answer to what she's asking." (Of course, MTG didn't give one, because she has no answers, only insults.)

That's the only lie here, read the fucking wiki detailing all the evidence.
There wasn't even enough evidence to launch an investigation...

They worked on this shit for 3 years, had nothing, and still arrested him. They also raided his home.

It's just basic logic. If I was a reporter that reported the Machado (IIRC) incident and then I know ICE took away 2 other people, wouldn't I have looked into that to see if ICE detained US citizens? Yes, why the hell wouldn't I have? It would be a much bigger story than Machado getting handcuffed. There's literally no reason to not have looked into those people. Someone posted a college professor that wasn't allowed back into the US and in the article it says her lawyers left the case; why would lawyers leave an to easy win case that has media attention? Probably because they know they can't win the case. Apply basic logic, that's all.

Using hyperbole that the "sky is falling" when it's obviously not doesn't fucking work. Change your messaging.

Hillary said Trump wasn't a legitimate president...

Apparently no one local in Greenland wanted to welcome that piece of trash Vance and his wife. Not only is it funny but it shows those traitors how unwelcome they are. Not that they'll care since taking Greenland against its will has always been their publicly stated goal, but it underscores how they have not a single shred of legitimacy.

K. You're still not answering the question. How is this 1 night detention with charge worse than detaining someone for 2 weeks without charge?

"Logic" in some pretty giant air quotes there. Who's to say they didn't look into it? Who's to say anything about the case, apart from what we know? Stop making assumptions. We know they detain people who aren't illegal immigrants, you've literally been given a tranche of examples.

Using hyperbole that the "sky is falling" when it's obviously not doesn't fucking work. Change your messaging.
The sole reason you don't care is that it doesn't affect you personally, and that seems to be your only barometer.

Ah, it's worse then that. Phoenixmgs complains about minor inconvenience, trivial matters or made up stories. The way they react like this would mean that if ICE treated Phoenixmgs the same way, he'd be sending nukes on them
