And about the avatar thing, I can see that it's a chick dancing, but dancing not set to any music and in a maid's outfit is kinda...creepy. It just reminds me of that weird video a few years ago of that deformed thing tapdancing.

I actually saw a furry in the parking lot of the wedding I was at this weekend. I just snapped a pic with my phone and moved on. I don't understand hatred towards any group. Just let people be and move on with life.

I only really see furry hatred on a certain website.. which you're just asking to be insulted there whatever you do/are.

It's exotic, and some people get turned on by things that are a lot more exotic. I have quite a few friends that are furry and most of them are amongst my nicest friends. I personally say we just shut up, sit down and let people fap to what they want to. There's a lot of porn out there and I'm pretty sure some people are into some really fucked up shit. As long as no one gets hurt and everyone enjoys it who cares? Let people enjoy what they wish to.

Besides, fapping to porn is healthy for the economy.

The problem is when people talk about their fetishes. By definition a fetish is something not normal, and tends to make people uncomfortable. If I saw someone talking about their diaper or foot fetish, I'd be just as weirded out by how open they are about what gets them off. It's the same with furries. When they make their avatars furry images, or fill their image galleries with it, they are basically saying "HEY THIS IS MY SEXUAL FANTASY", and it's out of the norm so it can be seen as unnatural. People don't like to imagine people beating off to dogs, since that's how it's seen.

Let people do what they do. It is not really any more crazy than any other wacky fetishes out their. People are so quick to hate for numerous reasons, such as a lack of confidence about themselves or making a cover because they actually like the thing that they hate. I have no issue with them personally (you can talk to them without realizing it), but I'd rather they keep their love of their anthropomorphic sex characters to themselves. I have no issue with them being furries, so long as they are furries away from me.

It's not hatred of furries in general so much as hatred of the real creepers, at least on my end. I feel the same way about furries as I do about every other person with an off-the-wall interest: hey, good for you, champ.
