Do you mean like this guy?josemlopes said:Exactly, like only one guy mentioned Big Rigs and that is one of the best examples for a game that isnt worth playing, the rest of the guys seem to just choose one game of the popular ones and say how much they dont like it.
I'm honestly only quoting 7Sins for the benefit of the first person I quoted, the only thing I even want to touch about your post is that I believe you meant "Any game withOUT any form of combat or feeling of competition".The7Sins said:Any FPS with regenerating health.
Any FPS with a cover mechanic.
Any FPS with 2 guns or less. Exception being TF2 because giving infinite gun use in a team based game would off balance it.
99% of all third person shooters ever made.
Diablo 3. (real money pay to win house + no customizable stats + limit on amount of skills I can use + infinite respecing = Do Not Want)
WWE games.
Sports games.
Every Need For Speed game made after Underground 2. (exception being Carbon which was fun)
Any game with any form of combat or feeling of competition. Journey would be a prime example.
Mass Effect 2.
Mass Effect 3.
Dragon Age 2.
Anything Nintendo has ever made with the exceptions of Brawl, Mario Kart, and Pokemon.
Civilization 5. (let's ruin the combat with 1 unit per tile and dumb down the diplomacy while making the AIs be even dumber @ there own game than before sounds like fantastic ideas /sarcasm)
Any 2D fighting games.
Most JRPGs made from the time FF 10 was released until now. For most due to them going away from the combat systems from the days of FFs 4 - 9. (kinda bad where fing Pokemon has some of the best turn based combat out of games made in the last 10 years. even as a Pokemon fan that saddens me) Anyway the exceptions to this are Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey both being epic in there own ways. And it must be said Dark Souls mainly because I personally never considered the souls series a JRPG but instead a WRPG that happens to be made by a Japanese company.
As for myself, Rage. I have no clue if it's any better now than it was on release, but when it was released it was nothing but a glorified tech demo, and a terrible one at that. Half of the textures that they touted as being "revolutionary" new technology looked murky, washed out, and low res because of how much compressing they needed to do, it had bugs out the ass, crashed one out of every three times I went through a loading screen, and had functional but mediocre gunplay at best. It was a waste of 20+ GB on my hard drive.
