im not gonna lie... i shed tears (MANLY TEARS) from just reading the plot summary of FF9

i don't know what it is but i resonate with that game so heavily its crazy. the theme just matches up with my personality perfectly. AGH i wish i could get it across to you guys.

does anyone understand what I'm talking about?

Red Dead Redemption, loved the music as you were riding back down the mountain home.

Me too. I seemed so serene, like you had finally finished what you set out to do, and the only thing that mattered now was getting home to your family. Not to mention it was the first song with vocals that you hear, and it caught me off guard.

OT: Heavy Rain. The whole game in general, but especially when Ethan is running around looking for his son, then screams out in the rain.

Final Fantasy VIII. Squall's development over the course of the game, especially the part from the space station onwards to after the credits.

Uncharted 2. The ending was great, wrapped it up nicely (although I REALLY want an Uncharted 3).

EDIT: Bioshock 2's ending(s). I think Bioshock 1 had a better story overall, but the ending of 2 was much more varied, and I really enjoyed it. (I really don't know which game I like better).
