Alpha FREAKIN' Centauri.
Why was this game more popular? Me and my dad played it tonnes when I was a kid. IMHO it's a lot more interesting than Civilisation, which did a lot better.
It had mind worms! MIND WORMS! They're psychic worms! How does that not deserve a sequel?

Black, Definately Black. was a good game, kinda the Cod4 of its time, but without the multiplayer. but really, id love a sequel, since bodycount doesnt count (see what i did there? 
)

KotOR 2 - obviously, TOR just doesn't cut it in terms of continuity and story.
Mirror's Edge - lots of people seem to agree on this one.

A few months ago I would of said I wanted Dead or Alive 5, but now they are making that (yay), so I'll have to say something else.
So I'll go for an actual Star Fox sequel. None of this Dinosaur silliness, but actual space combat. Yes I'm ignoring Command and Assault as neither were true sequels to Lylat Wars/ Star Fox 64 to me.

Ill add the same thing I add every time this comes up. Vagrant Story and XenoGEARS Xenosaga is at best a spiritual sequel, but the problem with Xenogears is that it was episode 5 out of 6. SO... we need to have the remaining 5 titles produced and Xenogears remade for modern consoles.
I agree with everyone saying that 'Timesplitters' needs a sequel, and 'Mirrors Edge' too. Would also love to see another 'Metal Arms' game.

I personally like the characters, how Capcom built on what were just some 8-bit sprites.
the game had a hidden Sequel Hook in the form of the White Sniper, I want to see where that was going. (White Sniper appeared in the Same Game as Super Joe, the orginal 'Commando')
And some-way to Retcon that whole 'you're Wife is an Arm' thing.

The best I've found is a Civ IV total conversion mod called Planetfall that put a lot of SMAC stuff into Civ IV mechanics. Unfortunately I haven't had time to play it, so I can't vouch for quality or balance.
