Left4Dead sometimes. Sometimes it's just that you feel like breezing through, and sometimes it's that the AI director murderizes you on normal. Though that might have been the server, since I think it was spawning twice the number of spec. infected...

I play almost any game on easy somewhat. I don't always feel like frustrating myself stupid.

Like most other people apparently, I did my first playthrough of Dragon Age: Origins on easy. I tried in on normal for a few hours, but because the combat was so wonky and your teammates so moronic I kept getting my ass handed to me.

Once I got the hang of the game though (and tweaked the combat tactics enough), even playing on Nightmare wasn't that difficult. There was just a steeper learning curve than expected.

Only one where I went down to easy was Metro 2033. Don't regret it either, that game is ridiculously hard sometimes.
Really? I put it on normal and finished it in a weekend, though I think there was just one bit where I put it down to easy to get past, cant remember exactly which bit mind. Edit: Oh now I remember, it was approaching the reactor where those blob things kept blowing up miller... I hate NPC escort so after about 7 attempts I shifted it to easy... of course a bit later on I learned that you can actually destroy the spawner things which would of made it much easier...

One word: Hellsing.

OT: Bioshock, I started on normal and got thoroughly reamed by the first big daddy... six months later I restarted on easy and completed the game.

inFamous 1 and 2, but only because hard mode wasn't hard, it just stopped you from getting upgrades and makes it so that you have to shoot an ordinary soldier a billon frikking times to kill him.

Mount and Blade.

Seriously. That game is hard as F*CK.
If you take one wrong step in combat, or combat isnt favoring your army, you can just fall over dead.

Forgive me father, for i have sinned, and not played every game on Hard, so that i can grow my Ego.

Sarcasm aside, Fallout 3, because it was the most realistic setting.

Any game I'm only playing for the first time? That said, I make a practice of increasing replay value by climbing the levels. Especially fun in the Metal Gear games where HARD means HARD: more cameras, more enemies, better enemy AI, and even a "Game Over if Seen" mode.

With the exception of Minecraft, which I play on peaceful occasionally when I just want to relax and build shit, I have never once played a game on easy. Ever.

Usually I turn the difficulty down to easy when I'm sick of a game and just want to end it for the story. Most recent example would be Dragon Age 2. I just got sick of all the waves, so I decided to just turn it down to easy so I could plough through them with ease.

The entire Stalker series, those games are punishing enough on the easiest settings.
I also understand why I lot of people play Fallout 3 on easy, but I like to play on hard, the game just didn't seem changing, so I had to turn it up a notch, but then again, I'm used to Stalker's ridiculous difficulty.

Persona 4.

I was playing for the story. The fighting gameplay wasn't too fun, but the story was great. I would rather breeze through the dungeons and focus on the character plots.
